I find these videos so helpful as I feel I'm still learning the jargon and what the mechanisms of games are. Which I think makes it great to hear the spectrum of your choices. From things like Alhambra and King Domino where they are clearly tiles, to something like Terraforming Mars which I didn't really think about, but it does have tile laying. I just love the range! You were great, Jayne! I, as usual, found your energy delightful. Both of you! Just a joy to watch!

Thank you. Glad my energy was ok. And so glad the videos are helpful to you! Looking forward to doing more mechanism lists.
Alhambra is still so good after all these years. And Heaven & Ale. And Carpe Diem. And Terraforming Mars... WOW, you mentioned some awesome games!
haha yeah so many good tile laying games!
I love Glen More II as well! And I have only played the base game. I can't wait to try all the chronicles!
The Chronicles really make it better I think. Adding them is easy too. Each is a simple change typically.
Terrific list! Tricky deciding how polyomino fits into the lists! Fun video! We love tile-laying! Jayne--you were great!
Thank you! I thought I was dragging. I think we'll do a separate Polyomino list at some point. Though we didn't really talk about doing that haha.
I’ve been loving to see your lists! With love, from Brazil ❤
Brazil! That's exciting. Thanks for watching!
And yeaaaah I’ll pick the side that says TFM is more of an engine builder 😅
Yeah that's definitely legitimate. I like the combo of engine building with tile laying I guess.
