I'm sick of big phones and trying to find a phone that is mainly for communication without leaving WhatsApp and messenger. Not bulky phones, looking for much smaller that can be inserted in hand carry purse. This is the right one. I love Nokia! This brings back memories when i was a kid waiting for my turn to play 'space impact and snakes'
I spent a lot of time playing snake on these phones. Brings back so many good memories :) You should check them out in store then if this is what you want. Most modern smartphones are huge these days.

I like the Nokia 2720. I just bought one in a charity shop for £1 and it's hardly been used. Of course, it can't replace my Samsung Galaxy, but I like to get away from that sometimes. The way the 2720 slips easily into my trouser pocket is cool and it's so easy to use when texting. Being a flip phone, I don't have to worry about miss calling too.
@@satyajeetojha3051It serves as my hotspot for 24 hours. Though after 2-3 days it becomes slow and I restart it. It's speed is better than JioFi in my experience. Battery lasts for around 5-6 hours. Because I use it as hotspot, I keep it plugged in the whole day (not night). I use Jio sim, I didn't test with any other sim though... But as it's based on KaiOS, for which Jio has the license in India, so I think it's suitable for Jio sim only.
The original Nokia 8110 didn't have springs to release the slider, it was all manual (except the prop phone in The Matrix movies), The 7110, it's successor, did. I had both.
Nice review. I remember the old Nokia 6600 slide phone. It had 5mp camera. A friend still is using one. So Nokia if you read these comments put a 5mp camera in the 2720.
Just a couple of mistakes. The original 8110 didn't have a spring operated slider. That was a modification for the Matrix film. The 7110 did. The 5310 runs S30+ OS. Shame it isn't the old Nokia S40 ;-). Keep up the good work.
I have a 5310 and when my girlfriend used the camera she said "oh its not that bad actually". I don't really don't care for phone camera quality but even I was thinking "are you sure?"
i had used a "nokia 8110 4g" as my daily driver for a year...the keypad was too small, as i had come from a "nokia 3310" but i later got used to it, tho it isnt too great, it had noticeable crashes, and really laggy typing. Now i am using a nokia 2720 flip, its a beautiful device the keypad is lovelyyy, but now after 5-6 months it has also started lagging (tho its lesser than 8110)
I just ordered the Nokia 2720 Flip because I am wasting too much time on my Smartphone. I actually do not need one and I think classic Phones are way better. They have something special and they do not look all the same. Many greetings from Europe 🙏

Those phones are good if you just want, well, a phone, and not a computer that has a phone feature. I am 26, I never had and don't plan to have a smartphone anytime soon. ;)
I'm getting the 5310 because it doesn't have any WiFi connectivity and I think a lot of people who will buy it will want it for this reason aswell. I am far more conscious of internet and personal information safety and just don't want to be carrying a smart phone device on me that is constantly tracking my location and listening to my conversations.

Writing was not slow it was even faster than on touchscreens you just have to learn T9. And add a couple of custom words and you are set to go writing without even looking.
Nokia brand has huge potential but HMD is just not using right Pricing, product planning and marketing . Now truth is... feature phones should come with wifi .

The one thing that's stopping me at the minute going from a smartphone to a dumb/feature phone is finding a model that has access to both what's app and uber... I know these have what's app but can you please confirm if any of these models will work with booking an uber ride? I know you can't download the app but the uber site says booking rides through the web browser should work...however I don't want to pay out for a device until I know if this is true?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
I tried for the past 20 minutes to book an uber ride on one of these and I didn't manage to. You can theoretically do it, but the built in web browser is janky and slow, and getting your location quickly isn't possible. Then you will need to manually add in your destination. Even if it does work, it is such a hassle, so if you use Uber frequently, sadly these phones wont cut it :(

Can anyone tell me how long would for example last on a screen time usage, gaming, browsing menu settings, picture taking, calling? Or on average would it last at least 3-4 days, and which one would be longer battery 8110 or 5310?
Its hard to quantify as you don't usually end up using these phones so much. Lets say as an estimate it will last about 3 days if you use the phone for around 1-2 hours every day. Its strength is that is almost doesn't use any power when not in use.

It's sad that the 5310 doesn't come with KaiOS. It would be my first choice. Now I've bought the 8110.
KaiOS would have made it more expensive, especially since S30+ runs on the lowest possible hardware, allowing the phone to be cheaper.
The Nokia 6300 is similar to the 5310, but with Kai OS.

I use Nokia 8110 on daily basis as my second device and a regular hotspot for my work-from-home needs. It's an absolute beast for my purpose.
How long does the battery last? Wich sim u use? Hotspot for how many hours?

@@teammaheshbabu8712 KaiOS' apps are basically web apps. So if you want to make software for KaiOS you'll need web development skills.

I think they definitely help. While they have the features, it's not very quick or convenient to access them so you end up not using them much.
