As fellow a Trinidadian she cornrowed that person's hair too tight which can lead to traction alopecia damaging the scalp ... So please when u styling clients hair don't apply this much tension for the sake of "neatness".... As a hairdresser keeping a client's hair health and integrity is always first before hairstyling

Such hairdressers make their clients lose their hair unnecessarily. Maurice, please just practice to loosen your tension and your hairdos will just be as good. hi.. the hair style is great, but what about her hairline? am not a professional hair dresser but i always believe when doing crotchet the underneath braiding should be a little loose so that when doing the crotchet the hair line remains intact since it wont be too tight...she looks great but did her head feel great for a couple of days?...
I knew by that braid pattern that the crochet braids were gonna be done right. They don’t look tight at all they look properly done. She’s a good braider and the customer doesn’t look uncomfortable at all. Great job.❤️

I had cornrows braided really tight once. The style was so cute but my head did itch and it hurt. I looked in the mirror on day 2 of having the style and saw the hair bulbs pulled from my scalp in the front. I immediately took the braids down. I waisted time and money and lost hair. I don't wear braids anymore of any kind. People really have to be careful with the tension when braiding someone else's hair. The style is really beautiful though but this is how people lose their hair.

To the braider: Ease up on the tension. It is way TOO tight from get go. Her whole scalp is on fire. Her edges are completely snatched.
