More Constitution Benches are needed.
In my opinion, Justice delayed is Justice denied. As per increasing the population and as per the time changing more such permanent Constitution benches should be established across the India, minimum of 4. Then the pressure at SC will be decreased and Justice to common people would be achieved without waiting for years.

My opinion on branches of appellate benches is not a good solution because we have already states high courts, and these branches looks like a decentralised manners, and judgements will be differ from branch to branch....
