If BC,ST people converted to Christians their caste and reservation remains same but if any SC caste person converted to Christianity he or she loose caste and reservation both. Why remaining caste people enjoying the benifits of reservation irrespective of religion. Why this law(just sc order 1950) applied only to sc people, this is again denial of fundamental rights. In 75 years of there is no religious freedom to sc caste people only. Note: sc caste people religious freedom denied by schedule caste order 1950 only. It is not mentioned in Indian constitution. This order was passed on 10th August 1950 after commencement of constitution.

SC జాబితాలో జనాభా అధికంగా ఉన్న రెండు, మూడు కులాలే SC రిజర్వేషన్ ద్వారా లబ్ది పొందుతున్నారు. SC జాబితాలో ఉన్న అల్ప సంఖ్య్యాక కులాలు భారతరాజ్యాంగం అమలులోకి వచ్చి 74 సంవత్సరాలు అయినప్పటికి SC సర్టిఫికెట్ పొందలేకపోతున్నారు. హిందూమతం వారికంటే క్రిస్టియన్ మతంలోకి మారిన వారికి SC సర్టిఫికెట్ నిరంభ్యంతరంగా జారీ చేస్తున్నారు. రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం SC రిజర్వేషన్ అమలు చెయ్యాలి.

Why reservation for dalit Sikh and buddist ? Their religion also doesn't have caste system but this is theoretical but in real life the caste system made by so called upper castes is vicious and polluted all other religions in India with its ideology that's why you even in the new religion their are discriminated by the upper caste converts and you can see seperate dalit church, dalit gurudwara, dalit masjid in which the converts Dalits are allowed in normal churches the upper caste converts not allow them or either discriminate them. There are some exceptions but in most the cases it is true. In order to eliminate caste system the upper castes have to marry lower caste and treat them equal as it is created by them (upper caste) they only can destroy it.

The fundamental flaw in your teaching is that the reservations in India based only on the castes which we see only in India and nowhere else in the world and the castes are integral part of the religions originated only from India, like, sanatana or Hindu, Jain, Buddhism and Sikhism. There are no castes in Islam, parsee, Judaism and Christianity. So if a Hindu or Buddhist or Jain or Sikh converts into any of above mentioned India born religions he / she carries with him/ her the caste tag as well. But once he/ she converts into Islam or Christianity the caste tag vanishes religiously the next moment. If the SC and ST reservations are extended to all above converts then the real SC and STs who have not converted will lose the benefits of reservations created by Baba Saheb Ambetkar. Hope the good sense will prevail in the minds of our Supreme court judges.

If BC,ST people converted to Christians their caste and reservation remains same but if any SC caste person converted to Christianity he or she loose caste and reservation both. Why remaining caste people enjoying the benifits of reservation irrespective of religion. Why this law(just sc order 1950) applied only to sc people, this is again denial of fundamental rights. In 75 years of there is no religious freedom to sc caste people only.
Note: sc caste people religious freedom denied by schedule caste order 1950 only. It is not mentioned in Indian constitution. This order was passed on 10th August 1950 after commencement of constitution.

then whats the use of converting into that religion?
Why reservation for dalit Sikh and buddist ? Their religion also doesn't have caste system but this is theoretical but in real life the caste system made by so called upper castes is vicious and polluted all other religions in India with its ideology that's why you even in the new religion their are discriminated by the upper caste converts and you can see seperate dalit church, dalit gurudwara, dalit masjid in which the converts Dalits are allowed in normal churches the upper caste converts not allow them or either discriminate them. There are some exceptions but in most the cases it is true. In order to eliminate caste system the upper castes have to marry lower caste and treat them equal as it is created by them (upper caste) they only can destroy it.
Upper caste are not ready for this that's why you see honour killings

The fundamental flaw in your teaching is that the reservations in India based only on the castes which we see only in India and nowhere else in the world and the castes are integral part of the religions originated only from India, like, sanatana or Hindu, Jain, Buddhism and Sikhism. There are no castes in Islam, parsee, Judaism and Christianity. So if a Hindu or Buddhist or Jain or Sikh converts into any of above mentioned India born religions he / she carries with him/ her the caste tag as well. But once he/ she converts into Islam or Christianity the caste tag vanishes religiously the next moment. If the SC and ST reservations are extended to all above converts then the real SC and STs who have not converted will lose the benefits of reservations created by Baba Saheb Ambetkar. Hope the good sense will prevail in the minds of our Supreme court judges.
