I'm following step by step to restore my S10 that is as bad as this example.... Very helpful video, thank you 👍🏼👍🏼 Edited to add, my S10 is now back up and running 😎
Cheers mate, just used your vid to pull mine apart and replace screen and frame from a parts fone off ebay, not as daunting as alot think, working a treat now, pup chewed cover off last one breaking acreen in the corner and the touch function wasnt working
Now I get why the repair shop estimate was $326.99 for replacing the front glass on my S10. Totally legit. And no, I won’t be trying to fix it myself. 😂❤️
Unfortunately my S10 suffered a similar fate!.... With the help from this video I'm confident to have a try at this repair, but finding quality replacement parts is a real problem, any tips out there?
For the Note 8, as long as its done out of frame. Whatever works is good. Ive seen heat and wire using inframe, but it leaves bubbles in the Oca sheets when refurbishing is done inframe. Delay bubbles. Out of frame using the wire works good but its harder to learn. You need skills to do that and practice. You're not going to learn on the first try out of frame with heat and wire.
You should not put tape on the back side of the display tho (on the black part below the battery)... when a new battery replacement will be needed, that display will be ruined 😬
tell them toget a boby armer case so when they drop it the case will take the hit not the phone i drop my phone on concrete and it hasnt broken yet unlike people i know
I have a Liquid Nitrogen LCD machine for sale. I spent 600 on it, selling for $250. Used it for a week and then left the phone repair industry to do Solar. If interested let me know.
This is the link for it here, except I got the tank included in my kit: www.ebay.com/itm/Nitrogen-Frozen-Separator-OLED-Separator-Machine-For-9-Mobile-Phone-110V-USA-/254610453999

Good video... Watching on cracked note 8, what u think about heat and wire for removing glass and replacment.

I watched this to see if my S10 screen is repairable or not. I'm pretty sure it is now 😆
It should be. Unless someone slams it on the floor in anger.
From Working in cafeterias to working in your shop
Got to start from somewhere. Shows that anyone can start mostly any business they want. Just depends on how bad you want it.
Getting my phone repaired (I hope) crushed it under my couch. Can't log into work without it! Should I have them replace the battery while in there?

You can drip a little alcohol when taking out the battery. Will come out way more easy.
Can i ask where you are from?
