You have the best dumps. We aren’t even allowed to go through the dump. You always find the best stuff and you always find ways to make them look better.
I love the bucket and the ladder!! My parents love flowers and birds. Their favorite activity every morning is to sit on their back porch and drink their coffee while watching God's glorious creations. The graphic on that bucket is going to be a perfect addition to their collection of plant containers:) And, that ladder! I will be watching out for something like that to put my own collection of plants on!! Thank you for all the great projects. I've really learned a lot!
I like the door. Cute. What I really like about you, is you see the potential, in some things, that others would just toss. Thats a great attribute. Good for you.
OMG I relate so much to you, I am in love with very old elements the rustier the better. My favorite trip is to the local municipal tip. Amazing what people trow in the bin. I almost divorced my husband last year, we bought a very old house from 1923 with all the contents. There were wonderful threshers in that house, but while went to the Drs, my husband trashed them. I went mad, very close to get divorced.
Oh no yes I don’t want anybody messing with any of my Thrifted or don’t treasures that would get very touchy around here also so glad you’re enjoying my videos thanks for watching
I think it's great that you are able to salvage things from the dump. Where I am it's not aloud. You up cycled some great items that turned out wonderful!
You never cease to amaze me with your ambition and creativity. You make so many beautiful things and give wonderful tips. I appreciate you so very much! Blessings!
I adore the step ladder! ❤❤❤ And, since I have 3 vintage sap buckets in my garage I can hardly wait to try the napkin technique! Thank you for sharing your outstanding videos, Deidre!
As I saw the coffee can, I said oh I would leave that can alone, so I was glad to see you kept it as is and just added a knob! Same for the gorgeous rusty scale!😁. Love your upcycles and thank you for sharing them with us!
I love the little ladder. I cant believe someone threw the wooden cabinet door away. I love it. You always make the best truly trash to treasure pieces.
The scale was my favorite but I like them all! This is exactly what I love to do. Take something someone threw away and make it useable again! Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspirations.
Farmhouse is not my choice in styling. However, I thought your idea for putting the knob on top of any tin, including Christmas cookie tins, is a fantastic idea! Kudos!
I watch alot of diy videos but you are definitely my favorite. I appreciate that you keep the patinas on these old treasures instead if trying to make them look like something you could buy new at Hobby Lobby. My favorite would be the ladder. I loved the colors!! The scale was such a find...just the type of thing I'd have in my home. Already looking forward to your next video.
I loved all the transformations that you did. The rusty bucket was amazing. The scale turned out really good. I would never have thought that you could do this with somebody's trash. You turned it all into treasures
I absolutely LOVE your trash to treasure video's! I think the door and the ladder but I really liked the scale too!!! You are so creative and inspiring!
Deidre, have you ever thought of doing some live videos? It would be so great to be live with you sometimes to go over some of your techniques since you cover so many. That way people can ask specific questions that may help others along with themselves. Please consider it.
The knob you put on the coffee can added a nice touch. Great idea for the little door, but my favorite was the ladder. Awesome colors. Have a blessed day.
I love the little door. I wish I could find goodies like you do. I have a few items that I keep and waiting till some idea comes to me though. Love all your ideas.
Diedre I just love all of your projects and look forward to your videos. You did a great job on these up cycles. I admire you and use your tips and advice. Just wish I had a booth or somewhere to sell my stuff like you do. Keep these videos coming lady cause you are on point for today’s trends.
Your end projects look fantastic, I love your videos and ideas! Thank you for showing how to paint over rusty items and using primer when needed to make it look new again. A relative has a rusty fire pit, I have been wanting to repaint it but wasn't sure the best way. Now I can refinish it instead of throwing it away.
I LOVE junk gardens and I know some of your projects would fit in wonderfully in that theme, but maybe you could take some of your salvaged finds and do a whole video on garden decor. Btw...I followed your video on burning the napkin on letters...let's just say, practice makes it better...LOL. Just glad I did it outside...😉🤣
They were all fantastic. I couldn't decide which was my favorite, the chippy door or the scale. I love what you do, giving these discarded items a new life. 😀
You have to be a miracle worker, it can't start more trash than what you started with. I have a question do you have to pay everything you get at the dump ? Until next time, take care, have fun and stay safe !
Wish I could find good garbage and transform it into something cool ..love the ladder I would use it also for a plant stand..I think I would hang out at the recycle place all the time...
Amazing upcyling projects. Thanks for sharing. They're all beautiful, but my favourite is the transformation of the rusty sap bucket (of which I thought it was an "exhaust pipe" leading from a woodstove to the chimney).
