I really enjoy the show and now the TH-cam clips, but I fail to understand the shop land issues, like not knowing where the property line always was or building shops not on your land? All very confusing how this all went down.

I still have a title, VIN tag and Fender tag from a GY8 71 RoadRunner like that one you walked by. Mine was a 383 with pistol grip 4spd. Loved that car until i had to part it out for being too rusty ( back in the 90s you couldn't get parts for em ).

The only way you'll know for sure is to get a survey crew out there to mark your land better than that 1 nail. 👍
They nails with a head the size of a nickel and as long as 6 inches then they will spray it orange and put a flag ..

@@dopeytripod Must of missed that part. The church must be a fair distance away, to bad he couldn't buy the small parcel right beside the new shed. Seems like trees cutoff that small chunk of land from the rest. Be a perfect spot to park those cars that are taking up all the space around his actual shop.... But who are we kidding, He'd have that full again in no time 😂

Did you hire a land surveyor ? If you did, your property line should be well indicated. You also bought the land and those plans must tell you where your property ends / begins. Don't take a chance. Why can't you buy a strip of land from the church ? I also think you could've sold a lot of fill for the highway. You could've stabilized the hill and made money or broken even thanks to the highway construction.Take care.
