  • A great recipe with a lot of flavor. This Curry can be as spicy as you want to make it. You will see I adapt it to our Fructose needs. Very yummy!

    Hi looks lovely. Is it very spicy? Can’t eat too much spice but would like it mild.

      Hi Ciara
      I don’t add any chilli, so not spicy at all. The green chilli isn’t very hot if you wanted to try by just adding one without the seeds.

      @@melanisfunwiththermi5769 thank you very much. Going away for a few days on Monday so will make paste and try it when I get back as I love things done with coconut cream.

    Hi, I thought the measuring cup shouldn't be used on the lid while cooking at high temp? On the guide it says to use the simmering basket instead?

    • @melanisfunwiththermi5769
      @melanisfunwiththermi5769  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, the simmering basket must be used when temperatures above 95deg are reached.

      Dear Rodolphe. If you set your filters on Cookidoo to include England; Australia; USA… you will see more English recipes. This recipe is an Australian one. M

    Am I the only one that finds this device more trouble than a basic pan? I feel there are more steps to do here. I thought the point of devices is to make it simplier.

      Have you used a Thermomix® before? Very easy to use and you don’t have to stand and stir. I don’t like cooking and prefer letting the Thermomix® do the work for me so I don’t have to stand and stir in the pan.
