Suddenly our R330 controls are not working. we thought it was a bettery issue hence changed it, but it didn;t worked. and what is weird, is an old remote also R330 started working again while all new R330 controls are not working. Any idea how to trouble shoot this. The numbers configurations are right, otherwise the gate cannot be opened at all. Any suggestions?
Sorry, I have not experienced that. could it be that your new remote control looks different than your current remote control? As in, they're very different models.

useful video, however im stuck whereby my new remote control is 2-1 instead of 1-2. do you have a video to fix that?
