Turn off the motor before working on it.You can cause short circuit that kills the control board. And be careful with high voltage!!!!!!

please use insulated screwdrivers when working with electrical connectors

While in Germany attended 7 months electrical course, all electrical technician are not allowed to use an insulated tools, rediculous right, crazy rule "Mau Kasi Orang Mampus" but on 2 thought, no work can be carry untill mandatory safety rule followed :-
1) Switch Off supply
2) Isolate
3) Prove dead
3) Earthing
4) Lock & hang Danger notice
5) Permit To Work (PTW)
Just sharing, Safety First.
So bro, you did follow German's rule pertaining tools, but you forget the 5 Safety Rule.
