Since you haven’t seen Heathens yet, I would definitely recommend the official video for your filmmaker’s perspective, but you will appreciate the live TOP/Stranger Things collaboration version from Romania now that you’ve seen them in concert! You could do them both in one reaction if you want to. But both versions are a must see.
Yeah. I believe the organizers barred him from future feats for this one 😂. Somewhere on the interwebs is a video of him doing CR live and he says something about the organizers not letting home climb 😂
Tyler have always done some climbing during show but I believe this is the worst he's done. I always have a thought for Jenna when I see this. As a fan my anxiety is going to the roof... can't imagine being his wife 😅

I've seen what happens when a derrick hand comes down, with and without a safety line. Man, overhead shots of NYC in Blue Bloods and CSI: NY make my stomach turn over, dizzy ....augh. It's not the heights, it's the fear of what happens if you come down wrong. Does he go up the scaffolding on a regular basis? I thought Eddie Vedder was bananas when he did monkey bars with their gear back in the day. pheeeeewwww
There is video of him climbing the stage scaffolding since 2015, when I guess they started playing these big stages at festivals with that kind of rigging. Apparantly sometimes the festival organisers have stopped him before he can get up there because they all know he's going to try at this point. I have no idea how it works in terms of liability! In arena shows he climbs a tall narrow podium in the centre of the floor which is a more controlled environment at least, with security at the bottom. And no, no safety gear as far as I know. He also goes up into the tiered seats at arena shows for the song Fairly Local on high boxes above the handrail and performs there. As a fan it's simulataneously cool and terrifying.
@@Jules-R oh my lord, I think I'd have to close my eyes with that, because panic attacks are no fun. I was at the Mayhem Festival in OKC 2014 when some idiotic fan climbed the set scaffolding and M. Shadows was like come down, safely, and we'll be back out. Panic attack right in the middle of a sea of people, my friend had to lead me over to a section that was empty. Of course, dragging her back when I saw colors and tats about to get messy, didn't help.
