    I always thought I was born without any type of talents. I was so jealous of people who can play instruments, construct beautiful clothing, paint beautiful paintings, speak many languages. Well…I asked God why not me? Until I realized that my talent is the talent of caring! I became a nurse, loved my job which I did for 40 years, went to medical missions in Latin America, my talent was a passion that still present to this day!

    Thank you for that reminder of a ultimate and true purpose - it is not about us and our personal needs and wants. This is so liberating. Do what G-d needs of us and the rest will be taken care of - in one way or another. Our talents & blessing are not our own, for our own pride & benefit, but to serve G-d's purpose for us.
    Shalom ♡

    Love this! I especially like the word hint or suggestion! God does not dictate, nor punishes us for disobedience, he merely shows us the right path, it's up to us to wise up and follow his suggestions. The man who lost his factory and everything else doesn't need to ask his spiritual leader, he already knows deep inside him, why, he knows he is not following God's will but he is in denial...

    • @nomorecensoringme
      @nomorecensoringme ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, we're not punished like that, losing a factory, for not following 'G-d's Will'. That's a horrible thing to say.

    45 years ago my mother dreamed the winning numbers for the lotto. Given my mother's history of prediction of future events members of my family played the numbers for just over 8 years without ever winning a penny. The weekend we stopped playing the numbers they came up.
    Approx 10 year later my mother again had a dream of the winning numbers for the lotto. My family brushed it off but I played the numbers for 8 months. Again the weekend I stopped putting entries in the numbers came up.
    A few years ago my mother again dreamed of the winning lotto numbers and this time the whole family including myself ignored the dream and that weekend the numbers came up.
    2 Lessons learned...
    1: I am not meant to be rich
    2: there is something out there much greater than us
    Changed my whole view on life
