Okay but lets look at the facts, Lewis came in to Mercedes after Schumacher who is hailed as the best driver for feedback about the car and the concept until the ground effect cars stayed approximately the same all throughout the years meaning driver feedback was less important cause they had an amazing concept from the start. And what happened when a major overhaul happened with completely different car concept? Mercedes tumbled down to 5th fastest and has slowly become the 3rd/4th fastest team depending on the weekend so no, it doesn't seem 7 times world champion is amazing at giving technical feedback. And not everybody has to be, Hamilton is an amazing driver, super fast when given free road, but struggles when it comes to wheel to wheel with as fast of a car and a driver which we saw in 2021 for example.

People tends to forget about a small detail. Lewis is black. Therefore age is not a very big factor. My 82years old granpa was still lifting 120 kilos with ease and smiling.

Hamilton was slower than his teammate for the entire season. He was 20 points behind and over 200 points away from Verstappen. Hamilton should step down tbh, go out with honor before he ends up on Williams in a few seasons like that.
Hamilton destroyed Russel the previous year. And this season Lewis kept saying he won’t be beating Russel much this season. This is due to Lewis leaving the team, so Mercedes are going to focus more on the driver that’s staying. So things like getting newer parts first, or having a bigger impact on how the car should be developed, all factor in. Especially since Hamilton was not allowed to come to some of the meetings the team was having, as it discloses secretive information they couldn’t risk bringing it to Ferrari. And when you’re lacking all of that crucial information and understanding outside of the car, there’s not much you can do in it. So for Lewis to still finish as close as he did to Russel in the races, it’s greatly impressive.

Won’t end up at Williams. Think LH will give it two years. Either winning the WC or retiring. Might stretch to 3yrs if new 2026 Spec Ferrari is competitive but just misses out on titles, and there’s potential for 27.
@@SJSpode114 The way his contract is set up with Ferrari. Ferrari agree to fund a lot of his charities. 400+ million wasn't just for his driving. He wanted something similar with MBZ and they declined, or he might have retired with MBZ. Ferrari was smart to sign with an Icon that brought a lot of new eyes to F1, similar to what Tiger did with golf.
Massa is not Lewis, and Ralf was always a mid driver as well. Their opinions are tainted
