I think I read somewhere that it's the exact opposite. He grows wiser, yes. But as the time flies he also gets weaker
@TotalitarnySzef no, it's the opposite. All gods in the GoW universe get stronger with age if I'm not mistaken. It's just just Kratos also got more conservative and shows more restraint, so it seems like he's weaker. Kratos when he's that old would probably be strong enough to kill everything with a single blow, but also conservative enough to not lay a hand on anyone.

@@キラキラくりくり頭 I wouldn’t call it sacrificing because Thor sort of hated Odin and Odin just saw Thor as an object he could use to take out his enemies. But Kratos convinced Thor and he turned against him, so Odin saw no more use of him. I think he couldn’t sacrifice anything because he simply didn’t have anything he cared about, except for knowledge, but the mask was taken from him so he literally had nothing left.
This is the alternate universe where heimdall managed to kill atreus before kratos could get his hands on him
I think that if Atreus was killed by someone, anyone, then there wouldn't be a universe anymore.

How to use this song to feel like a God (from my perspective): Whenever you're feeling down or depressed, come to this song. Put on your headphones, sit somewhere quiet, close your eyes, and play this. As the song plays, think about one venture in your life you want to be focused on. Visualise it. It can be something you've been working on. It can be something you've set as a goal in mind. Picture that goal, and nothing else. Focus your attention entirely to this music. As the song goes on, visualise yourself defeating any and all challenges that come across your way, and emerging out as a victor. As a God. At the top of your own mountain.
The first time I listened to this OST, i kinda did this instinctively, and it brought tears to my eyes. There are only very few OST's that I could ever do this with. 'Rise' and 'Flight' by Hans Zimmer, are maybe two other such examples. But then, this is some really powerful stuff.

I gotta say this, not a huge video game guy and most of what I play is multiplayer. GOW is the only game I’ve touched that’s single and never lost interest, just speaks of how amazing this game is.
There’s a lot of other amazing single player games out there just as good as God of War. Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Batman: Arkham, Cyberpunk 2077, and tons more. I encourage you to give some of them a shot.

I personally recommend The Last of Us. Both 1 and 2 and avoid any form of review for it and experience it yourself instead of seeing someone else bias view.

Great rendition! I always felt like the original didn't slow down quite as much as it could have in the final build of the song. I do think some of the middle portion could have benefited from being sped up a little bit, but overall this is just fabulous
