Great video. Basically summed up the reasons why I also enjoy the series as well. I really hope this new game can bring some more popularity to the series. I'm also going to try to bring more popularity to the game too.
My team set up has always been 2-3 revives (2 regular one all if 3, and only 2 regular if just two), a all healer and an invincibility, and the rest of the slots are the interchangeable elemental ones i need for bosses. Shout outs to Mike, as the invincibility guy he was always the back bone, even after the devastating nerf it got in the second game.
I still have all three games on my 3ds to this day and recently restarted Denpa Men 2 to re-experience my love for this childhood game and its just as good as I remember 😊 (and shorter since I knew everything lol). Idk how to feel about the Denpa Men Free format for the New Denpa Men on Switch but I'm just glad these little guys made a comeback!
What a blessing, me and my brother have been playing Denpa Men ever since 2014. Always picking it up at least once a year. We both got stuck on a certain ''puzzle'' (Its finding the treasure hunter on the hidden island) in Denpa Men 3 and finally this year i found the solution. Such coincidence for then a new game to get released, It feels really rewarding and i can keep going on this grind. The New Denpa Men has been poorly translated, like damn it can be frustrating sometimes because I love to show games of to my friends that i like but it just feels embarrasing. Luckily the gameplay is really good and feels just like the old. Also many people have been complaining about the P2W aspect with the Gems but I haven't had any Issues so far... I feel as if this latest release has been much easier even. Hopefully many more people will find out about the series now, especially because its a free game with good gameplay. But I think its going to dissapoint since there really wasn't that much hype built around the game. I hope more bigger youtubers are going to make lets-plays on the game or at least have some advertising because it feels quite lackluster right now :(
If I had a dollar for every time I’ve waited 10 years for the fourth instalment of one of my favourite franchises, I’d have 2 dollars, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.
I’ve always jokingly called the Denpa men the telletubbies since they look just like them. But no matter how goofy of a game series Denpa men is, I always come back to it just because of how much nostalgia is gives me and because each game somehow has a god-tier OST too (TDM2 especially). Will always love my Teletubbie fighting simulator game series
I thought this video was gonna go a bit more in-depth on the sequels, with how they added stuff like fishing and a bigger focus on equipment. This is pretty much just an overview of the first game.
Remember seeing the demo on my original 3DS and download it. Back then, Loved it! I didn't have the means of traveling to places with radio waves often, so when a Denpa men died, it was a critical hit. 😂
I believe it’s going to utilize the gyro capabilities of all the controllers and create a simulated world for you to catch denpa men in as opposed to using your actual environment
Free is enjoyable at the start. However, I think it becomes panifully grindy the further you get. As mentioned in the video, you constantly need to switch your team as you progress. But in Denpamen Free, the denpamen in the house don't level up with you. So when you need to switch a team, they'll likely be underleveled and you'll need to grind to level them up. Furthermore, levels limit enemy spawns so you can only grind a certain amount. Combien that with the generation and energy system, and the fact that the higher a level you are, the more you need to grind to level up new denpamen. It just makes it painful when you get far into the game. I hope they fix that problem with this new game.
SO excited for the upcoming switch game in eight days! Being a decade since the last game it's probably the most excited I have been for a game.
