    Awesome video, buddy
My favorite versions of Poland are the Polish Republic in the NO WW2 lore (it would be a new universe to explore) and the Polish Republic in the Unthinkable Operation (Capitalist Victory)

5:35 I honestly think that Jaruzelski after the collapse of the USSR would make an intervention into Vilinus-Grodno Region. During these times many politicans including ones from the Union were supportive of establishing an autonomus republic within this region. However with communism surviving in this timeline it would be likely that the government would push with this idea

first ending is beautiful, no horrors of ww2, no communism, gradual industrial growth and eventual improved status of minorities

So you're the one who made the Weltreich mod?
Have you considered making a Weltreich cold war mod set after your worlds second weltkrieg? Kalterkrieg came out and disappointed many, myself included. I'd be interested in seeing what you could do.

Piękne alternatywne granice drugie Rzeczypospolitej z Królewcem, Ziemiami Odzyskanymi i Kresami!

Część kresów była niezbyt polska np. Wołyń, wschodnie Polesie itd. Na pewno Lwów (w tym cały dawny zabór austriacki), Grodno, Nowogródek i może nawetWilno pozostałoby w Polskich rękach

Most of alternative endings were cursed. I loved the most the Jagiellonian union ending and Polish-Lithuan-Moscovian union (if Russia were to be fully catholic in effect that would open a way for Poland to spread the high culture within the empire's borders preventing with it from inner and outer threats)

Speaking of Yiddishland, what if that is what happened to Kaliningrad. Instead of becoming a Soviet Oblast within the Russian Soviet Republic, it was instead used to make a Jewish Oblast that later became independent once the Soviet Union had fallen? Instead of making a Jewish Oblast in Far East Asia, Kaliningrad was used instead. I don't know how that would happen, perhaps the Nazis never ended as many Jews (because the Soviets somehow intervened earlier, since as not dividing Poland with Germany and instead attacking Germany somehow reigniting doubts in Germany about Hitler's capacity to rule and they actually went through with ending him only to give in to Soviet Demands and giving them what would become Kaliningrad) and since many still regard Europe to be their home, but didn't want to live in the West or Germany which they felt betrayed them, they turned to the Soviet Union and which for whatever reason did this act. It is not entirely farfetched when you consider why Artsakh is part of Azerbaijan because Russians wasn't to appease the Turks. Making what would become Yiddishland possible in this alternate timeline, perhaps as a means to appease Israel since Arabs were never really going to accept Communism unlike the Jews which did practice some mild form of it. It is likely the Soviet Union would have a stronger backing in this timeline, not so much in the Middle East, but perhaps more so in East Africa, Iran and with the Kurds in Iraq and Syria. Afghanistan transitions more smoothly and the Soviet Union still exists today.
Would Putin be the General Secretary of this still existing Soviet Union? Unlikely. Putin's rise in power is a result of the collapse. Without it, he would maybe be a senior agent in the KGB and that is about it. Maybe rose to director, but nothing more than that. He wouldn't lead the Soviet Union as he wasn't a member of the core of the Soviet Union leadership. This leadership might expand, but they would probably pick someone like Yeltsin over Putin with Yeltsin possibly being succeeded by Medvedev who albeit a Putin lacky may develop closer ties to the West and does something Gorbachev couldn't as the Soviet Union is in a stronger position and having saved the Jews could weather its crimes in Ukraine more easily. It would have a shaky situation, certainly, but it would be able to manage itself through reforms to remain intact.

Rusyns are Ukrainians. Commonwealth of Polish, Lithuanians, and Rusyns was, in fact, in the territory, where everyone spoke Ukrainian, and Cossacks, that were deported from Galichyna, didn't understand Moscow's language. Needed a translator.

Generally Poland had the largest population and this despite the fact that Poland entered into a union with Lithuania weakened after a period of fragmentation where one king divided his lands between his sons, which led to the weakening of the state one prince also brought the Teutonic Order to his lands, etc. what later generate problem and was main reason of this union to be honest later .

1st scenario Sanacja losing power? Ever? In your dreams
2nd impossible, no alliances with bolsheviks without being railed from behind
3rd is ok, but Poland would keep Grodno and get Krolewiec, probably lose Stetin or smth
4th is ok but eventually we would get Galizia as third union state
