Locksmith was so proud he opened that safe! Seems like a good dude!
That guy is a stud!
Be aware that every bullet there is worth .20-$1 so there's a lot of money to be made from them. Magazines can also be pretty expensive and are easy to sell. And the drum mag is not illegal in Utah or Nevada
You cant resell ammo. Well...."cant." wink wink lol
@@BobDoesReviews of course you can resell ammo. Same place you sell used guns.
yep
Now do a follow up video selling the stuff! I can’t wait to see how much it’s worth !
Yes please!
I third this
Gunbroker has that mini-14 for $989. Those two shotguns $200 a piece. Ammo? Least $200. I’d say great find and great video
that last rifle (Rugar Mini 14) if it is cleared by the police you could get 850-950 for, the 50 round glock mag goes for 130 new, most of those other mags id say 10-15 a piece plus ammo and the safe yeah you did pretty good, the shotguns though yeah the po-po will take those for sure lol
Why would they take the shotguns? They're perfectly legal.
I buy abandoned storage units as a hobby. Most safe companies especially sentry you can take the serial number to a locksmith & they can contact the manufacturer to get the key &/or combination.
The locksmith is wrong. The guns and ammo are way more valuable than you think. Especially that mag
10:59 ah yes green
"It's my moment! I'm freeeeeeeeee!" is where I lost it 😂😂
"we d ont want it damaged if theres something in there" as he tips it over onto the dolly XD
1️⃣ Never ask a woman her age
2️⃣ Never ask a man how much money he makes
3️⃣ Never ask a tatted guy how he “learned” to crack safes
Good life advice 😂
Yeah, I saw that safe and said That's a gun safe. Ammo is like gold these days too. I was thinking the safe could sell for at least $500 too.
bro bought john wick's safe
always a blast watching you
It's a sentry safe so it should be easy to cut open. I thought that was a heavy duty safe and worth a lot of money but nah, a circular saw should open that right up.
Awesome video keep up the good work.
love this vid I am aspire to be like you and I've been watching you for five years now and it is so cool to watch kids grow and your golf game is really good right now and stay safe
Thanks so much for watching over the years! Appreciate you!
@@lesliemarkham8950 my pleasure

What a ride, also Derek should have more cameos.
Danny from Beirut.
woah I never thought I will be so early on a What's inside video
Dan,
Let’s strike a deal for the safe and all.
The safe guy just gave a quote for how much for c everything😂😂
This video was hilarious 😂 I love these type of videos! Definitely looking towards the next one
Hey Dan! I’d love to see a follow up video where you go more in depth and maybe even go shooting and get some training. It is a very enjoyable hobby and is very safe if done responsibly. I think you would have a large audience of people who would watch also.
Why dis not on the what’s inside channel the first one
Not sure about utah but in western australia to sell , move, or licence unlicenced guns /ammo you need to contact someone with a Gun dealers licence. You could maybe sell the ammo to a pawn shop that sell fire arms.
If your in Australia, why don't u refrain from commenting on videos showing guns in America.😂
That Mini 14 is worth just under $1k alone. Plus add all the mags and ammo and you’re well ahead on what you paid.
I am a gun guy. Shot guns, maybe 150@, rifle, hard to tell what it is, safe, 600 to 800 and the ammo and mags, another 400. Your cost plus travel, maybe 800. You did good. You can buy a bolt down kit for the safe, be careful drilling though, here in NV where I live, we have tension cables in the cement slab and cannot drill.
Derrick from Bobs Lock Shop is the real MVP.
True story. 1) Jonathan’s muscles. 2) Derek
Very nice video. Thanks for posting and have a nice day too.
The guns are worth significantly more than the locksmith claimed. The magazines and ammo are also valuable. The legality of magazine capacity varies by State but a drum magazine is not necessarily illegal, in Nevada it's still legal, as of right now.
"do you weigh gold with scales?"
No, you eyeball it.....😂
You’re just in Vegas for the Super Bowl 58 🎉
More of these!
Nice find
Saw you on Hollie's channel driving her beautiful M.Maker good luck to you sir!!✌️🇺🇲
I think the money was hidden in the bikes. The safe was the red haring
Amazing video
have to turn them in, and hope you get them back to sell
I love this channel and look forward to each upload
Thank you!
Hi Dan!!!!
Bobs is the best locksmith hands down. When i worked security in the 80's and 90's Bob's is who everyone called. Hello from the other end of the state, Brigham City. Get all the guns appraised.
Considering $1million in gold is only 30 lbs it's definitely heavy enough. If those guns were all gold that would have been quite the score.
damn, he just opened the safe like that?
Do more like these videos.
THIS WOULD BE A VERY CHEAP AND EASY WAY TO LAUNDER MONEY!!!!!
But of course, being in Las Vegas, using a Casino is Much Easier and would make More Sense.
Love these videos
What happened to a dude that prepared ha
He probably died when he tried to rob someone and got shot in the process. He forgot his bulletproof vest.
Dan dancing with the shotguns was funny but very illegal. That hip action is illegal in most states 😂
I’d be interested in seeing what the cops say. I’m pretty sure that sawed off shotguns are illegal EVERYWHERE.
Shotguns need minimum barrel length and a shoulder stock. MAYBE the barrel length is okay but there is ZERO stock on those two. VERY interested in the follow-up video! Make that 🟢🟢🟢
Bruh, stop parroting this nonsense when you have no idea what you're talking about.
@@yeahright2022 No. I love Dan’s hip action, law be damned 🤣
I would keep the safe can you use it to historic cash gold silver With the way things are going You never gonna meet you safe and having cash gold silver on hand
So the storage company unlocks and opens the roll-up door, snaps a picture of inside the storage unit for the bid listing and then puts a new lock on the roll-up just to cut it off for you when you arrive? I guess it is part of the experience?
11:49 It wasnt you that opened it (which is fine) but you still had to thrust yourself into the centre of the celebrations.
That safe was John Wick's hideout man!
This should probably be retitled: “The Chronicles of Dan Forgetting He Isn’t 20
Anymore” 😅
haha! True.
All you have to do is call sentry pay $30 and they email the combonation
You should’ve bought some of the BYU offensive lineman they could’ve helped you out
True
You can tell that he isn’t a gun person when he calls magazines, “clips.” 😂
Shocking a gun safe being used as an actual gun safe. Mini 14 looks good easily 500 plus.
Derek is insane
Rifle in the Christmas tree box is a Ruger Mini 14
How did they know? There was a safe in there if they had to cut the lock off in front of you.😂
That 50 round MAGAZINE is NOT illegal in UT nor NV. Nor many other states
That was cool 🏆
LOL $1,000,000 worth of gold only weighs 15KG/30 Pounds, that safe would have been able to store sooooo much gold!!
The Xmas tree Box is worth a whole 20 cents ..
Dude I think the gold and the key combo hidden in the bikes…….
The owner must have been planning to do something with those. What if you prevented a mass pew pew?🤔
As someone from Switzerland to find something in a Safe looks soo ilegal to me!
Why did they have to cut off the lock the second time if they already had it open to take the picture for the listing? Do they do it for a dramatic effect?
When i saw the rifle in the Christmas tree box i immediately laughed and the first thing that came in my head was
You'll Shoot Your Eye Out Dan!
If you you were closer I'd buy the ammo, clips, & magazines from you but looks like you're in 1 corner of Utah & I'm almost in the opposite corner. Lol.
Im shure the guys in the office are laughing like hell
Kind of funny how everything was hidden in normal storage unit stuff 😂
Hi Dan
That is not a safe. It’s a lockable cabinet!
I have a safe that is slightly smaller than that and it had to be moved with a machine. It weighs 4400lbs.
hey dan!
So Dan, how much money did you end up getting back from the haul? :D
It really doesn't matter. He will make more money from this video than he does from all the stuff he got from the storage.
Dang, Dan is stronger than I thought lol
If this was found in cali that would've been a TREASURE trove
missed the oppertunity to title it "whats inside a giant las vegas safe"
❤❤❤ hello sir 💖💖💖 I'm watching from the phillippines ,, but from now own watching your video ❤❤❤
You have officially become funny dan😂
What they just said was “we are not really defend ourselves people”. WTF!
why is this not posted on the regular whats inside channel
SUPER early on the vid
are you going to post on your other channel? This vid would do great on there!
Woah
I really hoped you checked those were empty before handling them 😂
Why would you call the police when you found the drugs? Cmon Dan, use your head! Sell those drugs to make your money back! 😂
Its the turquoise
The rifle is a ruger ranch rifle ..you sould get at least 500 for it
Isn’t it likely the old owners clean out the storage unit and just leave the junk they don’t want?
big one em martinsville
This was a fun one. 😂😂😂
Sup
Omg nice
I can tell you it's going to probably be mostly empty. All the contents of the inside of the safe are sitting on the floor
If they never even opened it before how the hell do they know there is a safe in there and took a photo of it to auction it off in the first place? Makes absolutely no sense. Means that had to cut it off the original lock before that morning.
The way auctions work: Manager and assistant manager before starting the auction cut off the lock, take pictures but are NOT allowed to cross the threshold and enter. Then they put a NEW lock on the unit and post the picture online for sale. they don't take that lock off until I arrive and pay for the unit then its opened and I'm allowed to enter as the first person in.
From Las Vegas? Hmmmm, hoping there is something inside of it but, Vegas likes o keep its money.
Dropping bags that might be full of loaded guns is not a good idea
