I literally got my license on February 17 of this year and it still feels crazy even today to be driving by myself and driving myself to a job and stuff. I think it’s just one of those things you’re so used to having your parents do for you, drive you around everywhere, and like you said, it’s such a monumental step

I have an ECO SPORT TOO!!!! TWINSSSS!!! 👯♀ I got mine in May 2021 when I was rear-ended and had to surrender my car 🥵🙃 LOL. I was totally fine tho. I do love her, my "Echo," But she is tiny. The seats fold SUPER EASY which is nice for transporting larger items. But not much can fit in the back. I'm thinking when my lease is up, I'll get the Escape, but we'll see. This is also my first SUV vehicle, and I love being higher up and more visible to the things around me. I always felt like I was riding low to the ground in a car. Congratulations!!! ❤❤

Good luck Annica! I got my probationary license upgrade on Friday, April 22, 2022. I wish you good luck with your driving. Driving will give us both independence. I hope to buy my first vehicle around Labor Day weekend. I like used SUVs. I am age 41.
