This happens to me and I think it's overstimulation/sensory overload, sometimes some videos are way too whispery/have too many sounds or layered sounds, causing irritation of the senses (especially if you're tired)

The sharp tool is like a spur. It rattles when you move it, therefore making noise. So the rattling noise is an audio cue that you're about to touch the person with the sharp tool. It would be better if you used a sharp item that was quiet👍
