A lot of work concerning Reiki is intention based, though there ARE formal classes you can take to learn the actual processes involved. Hannah may actually be tapping into Reiki energy without really knowing it if the intention is there.
@GroovlyDo I agree, it's not Reiki. But the esoteric arts work in such a way that had a lot to do with intention. I've been a practicing Wiccan since I was in my teens and believe me, you can manifest a lot with a a tealight candle, some tap water, and some neat rocks you found.
I really love the psychology books in the background. Not sure if it was intentional, or if this was just an available space. Either way it lends to the belief that one can benefit from and reach wellness with the aid of BOTH psychology and energy work /reiki. The 2 worlds don't have to contradict each other.

That was incredibly relaxing... however as a non-believer in alternate medicine it is kind of comical to hear someone speak adamantly about all the different techniques and how the feather can catch even the extra fine energy. It is quite ridiculous, but oh so relaxing.
If you give yourself a try to go to a reiki session, it can bring you so much fulfillment and relaxation that you will drop this "I don't believe...", and as a software engineer, who was skeptical, I recommend you get one. I now have the reiki level 1 (I plan to do other levels) so I can only apply on myself for now and the difference is incredible.
You’d be surprised how fascinating it really is if you have experienced this and the gift of it from your own hands 🙌 maybe the world will have more open mind in the future instead of fear/judgment on things they don’t understand.

I love your videos I watch them all only thing I can say negative is that whenever your "plucking" the negative energy you always flick it back onto the client . If your trying to remove negative energy you should want it to go far away as possible and not back onto the client. I see this often in your videos, this one not as much as others . Since I do reiki roleplay (and don't actually practice) I never showcase it "healing" physical problems. Only emotional ones. So bad dreams I could show!
If you are having bad dreams and anxiety, you should visit a Psychiatrist and do some actual evidence based therapy. Reiki is not gonna do anything to cure you from that unfortunately❤ Sending you a big hug
