My mom was into Reiki and energy cleansing in the early 00s and honestly I think that was the first time I genuinely experienced the tingles. Your bringing back memories good too!
The multiple tools, the clinking of the tools, the plants. Everything is soooooo perfect. I can be in a high anxiety and within minutes feel like a relaxed noodle.
Hannah has the most relaxing voice in asmr. She is always the professional in everything she puts together ❤️

Thanks so much for the dry hands sounds while doing the Reiki! Hand mouvements are always nice but when I’m trying to fall asleep with my eyes closed it’s the hand sounds that really do it for me (along with your very relaxing voice).
Edit: the feather sounds were also really nice
I really love the psychology books in the background. Not sure if it was intentional, or if this was just an available space. Either way it lends to the belief that one can benefit from and reach wellness with the aid of BOTH psychology and energy work /reiki. The 2 worlds don't have to contradict each other.

That was incredibly relaxing... however as a non-believer in alternate medicine it is kind of comical to hear someone speak adamantly about all the different techniques and how the feather can catch even the extra fine energy. It is quite ridiculous, but oh so relaxing.

A lot of work concerning Reiki is intention based, though there ARE formal classes you can take to learn the actual processes involved. Hannah may actually be tapping into Reiki energy without really knowing it if the intention is there.

@GroovlyDo I agree, it's not Reiki. But the esoteric arts work in such a way that had a lot to do with intention. I've been a practicing Wiccan since I was in my teens and believe me, you can manifest a lot with a a tealight candle, some tap water, and some neat rocks you found.

I love your videos I watch them all only thing I can say negative is that whenever your "plucking" the negative energy you always flick it back onto the client . If your trying to remove negative energy you should want it to go far away as possible and not back onto the client. I see this often in your videos, this one not as much as others . Other than that I love them all and think your awesome :)
