This week one year post reverse discard I get a hang up call from "that" number. Not taking the bait and hoping it doesn't escalate. It's so passive aggressive. I owe that person who lied and ran out on me and never properly apologized nothing.

Over a year on from the breakup, Ive never been throught such a renaissance ! Hard at first, and I was screwed out of a lot of my own money. I dug deep into my soul and reconnected with the new me. I wasnt alone...my authetic self was recognised by everyone that mattered to me. Since then...more have come into my life. They say that a narcissist is sent to you when the devil cant reach you? Well, she dances with that devil still, while I head towards the light of truth and integrity. ❤
When I left and went no contact, I had to get an Order Of Protection from my narcissistic abusive husband. He can’t come near me for the next 2 years. Freedom is wonderful 🎉
He discarded me and blocked me then came to hoover me by unblocking me , sending me a message , deleting it and saying it was an accident. I'm kinda just laughing now at how pathetic it gets with such people.
Both people need to be accountable for their own behaviour towards each other. The way you let yourself be treated by a person is your own lesson in this life. You can't put all the blame on the narcissist. Stop being a victim and love/stand up for your self 💪🙏

I've seen a narcissist that has gone a long time without good supply. It brought back a passage from a Ann Rice vampire book I read a long time ago. A shell of themselves! Almost catatonic! Scary to watch.
Yes I was the one he chooses to marry , I was literally like a slave.. many times I had panic attacks anxiety even I cut my arm ...I had depression and very low confidence and self esteem.. he ruined me I always begged him I apologized a lot but now after Three years and having two kids I came to know he got exposed and his rage was horrifying he and his family abused me mentally emotionally verbally psychologically spiritually a lot and I had 2nd c section two months ago with my second baby my physical health was badly affected and then I took stand for myself and told my parents everything I even recorded his abuse to prove I was right so that my family trust me... I walked away and it was the best decision and now I'm moving on Alhamdulillah Masha ALLAH I'm confident and know my worth
