We tried 4 shedhs fixtures on our rig and they were good but found after a couple of months in they started developing 2 annoying issues like half way through a gig the shutter would randomly close on one fixture and colour wheels would get sticky on the other 3 so had to swap them out for our old robe 1200ats. The sheds have one positive good value for money
The 7R is a beam, and the 100W is a spot. Naturally, the spot is a wider light beam than the 7R beams. But they both cut through all the other fixed stage lights. The 100W does produce enough light to cut through for a stage show. That being said, more is always better. There is a 160W and a 230W spot option as well as the 100W.
It is on par with what you would expect from any moving head light. Probably not as quiet as a Chauvet or Martin, but it's not much louder. Totally fine for any stage show with a rock band.
Very nice lighting set up, good job

Yes shehds are like lights you would get from Temu. Built so cheap and they are very unreliable
