Nice edit, but I’d say Yoda takes this pretty easily. He could throw around ~300m landing ships with the Force, and is stated above Anakin who could do the same with Atmospheric Dreadnoughts at speeds faster than a missile. Jaina’s best feat is being somewhat comparable to a heavily injured Darth Caedus while being aided by Luke. Caedus was so incomparable to Luke in the Force that he could hold him down completely without effort. Which leaves Jaina’s best Force feats as lifting a few rocks.
IIRC, she managed to break Caedus' TK grab without Luke's help, years before her prime. Pre-Caedus Jacen easily moved half-million people without injuring any of them. Caedus is far more powerful than Kyp Durron who moved an artificial black hole with the force (Jaina matched Kyp is sparring)

It is never implied he moved even a 100 people, let alone the entire assembly. And the ‘artifical’ part of the ‘black hole’ is rather key, because the dovin bassals’s gravitic anomalies are in no way comparable to the scale of real black holes, and lack most of their defining features. They have been destroyed with as little as a proton torpedo, and threatened by mere x-wing laser bursts. IIRC Caedus was also wounded and yet it still took all of Jaina’s strength to undo his grip on Mirta.

Basically all of Luke’s family except for Anakin Solo would have surpassed every PT Jedi. Yoda toyed with Grievous. He could beat palps any day, despite the debate on that, tutaminis and better swordsman all the way. He could stand his ground against any skywalker and maybe win.
