I pray Ghana make sure if they allow foreigners come in to set up manufacturing that they own the plants or have some percentage of ownership and to hire at least 50% of Africans as workers from executive to lower management and laborers. If the Africans in the country can not run the company they are dependent on those who are coming in just to exploit them.

How will a country come and open a plan then ghana own it? But there are always deals in place for such including tax. I think skills should come even 90% from Ghana though, and ghana has Highley educated youth that can be taught to run and participate in management of industries aside the original owners of those industries a d I itial ceo, a d cfo board team members. Which with time Ghanaians can also then fill some 30% or so of board of directors with time and training. Just my thought.

I'm pleased to hear all this good news, but please keep looking at your' history' there's a class of evil people out there who don't want to see Africa rise .To slow you down is in their interest .Please look at your 'army',security and friends. Don't wait for insurgency to arrive, Like Nigeria.
