I remember when this game was brand new and my friend had it and I didn't. Went to his house to watch him play and he tells me to just start my own character since they had three save slots. I put my name in as "Zelda" since I didn't really know what to put. My friend said to change it to something else and I did but it sure would've been funny to find that we accidentally stumbled upon a different quest and my game was impossibly difficult. I finished the game before him eventually and found that inputting "Zelda" started the second quest right away. He never finished the second quest and I finished it after days of repeated dying.
"This is a 666 frame improvement over the previous movie, thanks to better optimization." This is the first time a 666 frame improvement happened. That means Link is being possessed?
I was wondering about the random parts where the music noticeably stops, and then I realized that the select button actually pauses the game (including audio) rather than going to the menu screen. You know it's hardcore when there's pause inputting to manipulate RNG.
2nd quest is expensive! Every time I go to a dungeon in the 2nd quest I either need 100 rupees to buy food for the "grumble grumble" monster, or to make sure I have enough for the extra bombs, or if there are not enough keys! Then 50 rupees for the "Your money or your life" room, and that's not counting life medicine! Despite all of that work it's still fun to play. 😄
You need five to grab it, but you get to keep it. Aside from helping against all the extra boss monsters, there are a couple points where you have to give up either a heart container or 50 rupees
My mans is using his life bar like mario kart uses mushrooms
a heath bar is only a "damage boost" bar for speedrunning
I love how it finished with exactly zero rupees, keys, and bombs
And to think, when beating 1st and 2nd quest with 1 life, I thought I was awesome. I see now, concerning awesomeness, this is the true standard.
Indubitably
Pics or it didn't happen, that's amazing. I can't even beat the first quest on one life.
I wonder how many people hit a brick wall when they hid the raft behind the Triforce piece in the second quest.
I FREAKING FOUND THAT ROOM BY ACCIDENT
I don't even remember why I did it?!

Link demon speedrun.
@@DarkOrderSolDjango Imagine speedrunning this game with the G Major effect applied.
This is a TerminalMontage plot if I ever saw one.

Oh so that's what it was

This is flippin unbelievable
Playing this as a kid back before the internet. Took FOREVER to find level 8
Impressive considering Ive racked up nearly 200 deaths already, and haven't reached level five
I like the part where Link, he comes to town.
Nice
I'm laughing my head off here This is unpure!!😅
I would die if attempted that idea
Huh, I thought you needed six hearts to use the white sword. (shrug)

Damage boosting and not collecting heart containers is beyond stupid.
You mad
