when he is able to let his hair down and no longer compartmentalize, we have found that repeating "the horror. the horror" as Brando is most helpful to calm his soul and dissipate the psychic turmoil of having to imagine oneself as Trump. That guided imagery experience is much kinder/gentler/joyful/optimistic versus being stuck as Trump. I usually do not divulge confidential patient information, but in our weekly therapy sessions, he is working through that element currently

I can't hate on a politician too much for their gaffes. Biden made a lot on the campaign trail too, but after the revelation that he has a speech impediment it actually made me respect him more. Haley's willingness to admit when she was wrong should be viewed as a positive, that's way better than a politician who says something stupid and then decides to repeatedly double down on it just to protect their ego.
