It’s underrated.
It's a weird show, but it's got some really dark moments. Like the episode "Chill in the Night." Where he confronts the man responsible for his Parents deaths. Actually, that episode was awesome. It had Adam West, Kevin Conroy, and Mark Hamil all in the same episode. The Spectre and the Phantom Stranger, voiced by Hamil and Conroy respectively, serve as the conflicting sides of his conscience, torn between justice or revenger.

Love that when Damian becomes Batman the game uses Grant Morrison's Batman in Bethlehem costume. In that story, he even makes a deal with the devil for immortality at one point so that Gotham always has a protector. In DC Nuclear Winter Special story, "Warmth," the only people left alive after some world ending events is Ra’s Al Ghul and Damian and they have some amazing interactions.

There's also a third way to look at the Flashpoint one: though Thomas did become Batman, he carried that mantle with a very different spirit, enough to perhaps be considered a wholly separate entity.
OF COURSE that death in #2 turned out to be, as was everything else in that episode, nothing but Alfred essentially writing his own FanFiction of what Bruce’s live could be.

tony stark maybe smart, but he doesnt have any detective skill, instinct for it.

Yeah, but you can't compare these two characters. Each of them is genius, but each of them in different field. Tony is engineer, genius, who could create his own AI, many futuristic weapons and gadgets. if i remember right, once he even hacked the Kree technology. And Kree is the race far technologically superior to Humans.
On the other hand, Bruce(Batman) is genius at the fields like investigation, martial arts, escapology etc. You can say that he can make his weapons, but those weapons are nothing compared to Tony's weaponry. Same goes for Tony, whose deductive skills, investigation, martial arts etc. are inferior to the Batman's own, but that doesn't mean he is bad detective. Batman is just better one, like Tony is better engineer.
Have you read any of the Injustice comics? Damion Wayne is far from remorseless. He killed Dick on accident. That's obvious.
+HOSS_PLAYS __ I've read ever issue to date and I agree that in the comics he has regrets but he's portrayed in the games as having none, and since that death comes specifically from the video game, and an alternate universe of the video game that doesn't seem to have any bearing on the comics at all, that's the way I viewed it in this video

Damian's Batsuit at the end of The Knights of Tomorrow was fucking awesome! Also, I think that episode did a great job of creating a kid friendly, non-Lego version of the character.
Actually, the flashpoint Batman didn't die that way. It's revealed in convergence that he survived and he meets the pre-52 superman and lois lane. Their Super-son is born in the Batcave. He later meets Bruce in wayne it 'The Button' and is supposedly killed when the Flashpoint timeline falls apart.
