I'm feeling second hand embarrassment for this plaintiff. Not only is this a ridiculous case but she doesn't even realize that when this is over the defendant is going to give her mom 30 days notice and tell her to get out. I'm pretty sure that's what most people would do. The sense of entitlement with the plaintiff is very strong.
0mg, the lady with hideous "hair" covering her face is here for this case also, only this time she spoke and was just as ridiculous as that style she ain't pulling off! 🤣🤣
I agree. And if she's lucky I'm not her landlord, they'd get a. 30 day vacate notice as soon as I leave that courthouse. And she's a friggin moron to place her mother's roof in jeopardy. Know it's petty, but id kick their azzes out stat.
The cost seems a bit much, but I can't really argue about her logic as to why it is sentimental. My dad made engravings of my and my sister's hand when we were infants. I would be pissed if something happened to them.
She says "the basement is the only storage place in the home" well guess what, you don't belong there anyway! The landlord was nice enough not to kick you out but he better do it now
Amen! Heck he was super nice for not raising the friggin rent when he noticed her homeless azz moving in! What landlord allow extra people to move in on an existing lease without getting paid! Lol. Friggin none. Smh
I’m so confused what she even means by that; unless her mom lives in a closet, there is definitely space in a unit to store that junk. She can just put it next to a wall in any place of the unit. She’s acting like she had a ton of stuff needing storage, all of that junk could fit in one suit case and be placed somewhere in the home
Problem is she’s so entitled, she’ll use this against landlord and say he’s retaliating because of court proceedings. I wouldn’t want her there either because she’s sure to cause more issue for having lost, just listen to her exit interview. It doesn’t compute with her.
What does the mother have to do with this though ? I think it was really mean of the judge to plant it in the landlords head to evict the mother… repeatedly
The sense of entitlement by some people is truly insane. Another plaintiff trying to get a big payday for junk she never really cared about. Had she cared about it, she would not have left them in that basement for so long.
The plaintiff is clueless and entitled, and still didn't take responsibility at the end. Not only does she store sentimental stuff in a basement, she sees the window open months earlier and does nothing about it. Then she completely overestimated the value of her stuff calling it her "best judgement". smh. I'm curious if the landlord threw them both out - I wouldn't want anymore potential drama.
Amen! And she didn't even realize how good she had it, most landlords would've upped the friggin rent as soon as another body popped up. They don't just allow people to move into units like that without getting more money. Shes pathetic and doesn't give a shyt Abt her mother. Not even for herself cuz da homeless bum didn't even have a roof over her own head! She is what makes it hard for other people to get help from their own parents, especially after watching how she took the help, and now doesn't care if her own mother becomes homeless now too.... If I were her landlord they'd have a 30 day notice today. I'd be worried Abt what's next.
Why does the loser ALWAYS claim they didn't get a chance to express themselves or tell their side?! Ugh, so annoying! The plaintiff was someone I'd hate to have to interact with in real life!
