HALF LENGTH = SHOULDER TO HALF LENGTH (SH-HL) or Waist
FULL LENGTH = SHOULDER TO FULL LENGTH (SH-FL) or bottom line of the garment (however long you choose)

No, only the 1.5" back seam allowance has been added, the rest is not included. Add your own allowance on the rest of the patterns
