Honestly, it is 100% true, ignoring a guy works like a charm. I had my doubts but I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this is.
I don't know why we have to try so hard to understand men. We're better off without them for the most part.
You don't have to try so hard. You can have other passions & interests. I have learned alot about men and yet I have a full life. Men and women need each other. That's how God designed it. I encourage you to read the Bible!
An ex fiancé of mine reached out randomly 12 years after we broke up, during which we were not in contact at all. He sent me an Instagram request, but no message with it. I thought it was very entitled of him as he really caused me severe pain, stress and messed up my life, so I deleted him. It was very unexpected that he sent me a request as we parted badly and I made it clear I did not want to be friends after, but there is still no way I’d want him in my life now as he’s a very unhealthy entitled person. His loss.

My stepfather strung my mom along for 7 years. He refused to commit. She up and left. Moved across the country. He went ballistic and begged her to come back. They were married 35 years till he died. It was rocky oftentimes, but I'll tell you after that break up, my mom was always a bit out of reach. Because of this, my dad NEVER took her for granted. Great video!
I was talking to a guy every day then he went to see his kids who live with the baby mum. Didn't hear from him for 3 days even though he was online. So I blocked him. I'm not a man's option. If he can't Communicate properly I'm done. Have some standards ladies.

Thank you! For the video I am learning so much how to become high value women and how to respond to his actions, I am the type of person to not put up with anything that I don’t feel comfortable with to begin with- so therefore I always thought I am acting HIGH VALUE women and with your video I am becoming much better of a high value woman.

I must honestly say. I do too but when it's not sincere I get aggravated because I recognize the game. The hot and cold pattern.. is just too physically, mentally, and emotionally draining to me and I opt out because I don't have the enough energy to keep up with that AND work. He either has to step it up or understand that I refuse to engage. He may get agitated, but that's ok, I'll give him time because I am very sensitive but if I see that he is refusing to change or if he says that he won't change, that's my out! And I will take it. I'm learning to toughen my skin the past year.. 😌 let's just say.. it's a long journey my friend.
