So here's the thing, I bought this Magicon BX20 88 Key Folding Keyboard. My question, have you tested the other brands? I have and this keyboard far exceeds and sounds better than the others. I like it because the keys are heavier. It's what you want. Let's not forget, this is a portable instrument that you can travel with to PRACTICE on. You're not going to perform a classical concert with this. Though this keyboard is one that classical pianist prefer to warm up on before a performance. That's good enough for me! You can still take it to a backyard barbeque and perform in front of friends and family. This keyboard delivers for what it is designed for.
I returned it shortly after doing this review to be honest - this was used as a temporary practice tool when on a work trip in this dumpy motel. I own a much nicer keyboard at home.

Agree with ya! It's a 200$ portable keyboard. its not going to be top tier- but it's not bad as a means to practice on the go. Thanks for hanging out!
When you unfold it, it becomes better than when it is folded by 100 percent. That's a 'two-fold' improvement.

hard to judge sound when it has to go from keyboard to what ever you are recording it on and then to what ever I am playing it back on.
Very True! But I will say, this thing sounds like complete trash lol. Either way, it's not a bad choice for travelling.
This Folding Keyboard is a standard Chinese design and can be purchased under dozens of names. It is humorous to see the disparity in ratings
Have a similar piano at home. Find the key action unnatural like pressing down on elastic bands. The fingers get tired easily.
Ill tell you, getting a keybed with a good amount of resistance was a game changer for me. though this works for travel (kinda)
