    This one is for me ooh doctor. I am always tired trust me Doctor. One of the cause I think is, because I am lack of too much of sleep. Then my body lack of too much vitamin D. That what my phycian doctor told me I need to drink 3, 000 milligram of vitaminsD in the morning and evening. I am trying now to regain good energy and strength. Thank you so much for educating me about this everyday tireness.

    Stress i feel really makes one tired. Meditation n hydrating one self is better. Thank you. This is v important video. Can you make more solutions to combat stress n tiredness

      Gosh I hate it when doctors do that. It's literally their job to hear out their patients and alleviate any concerns.
      Instead they make us feel like we're hypochondriacs and make us feel uncomfortable about discussing our issues with them

    Yes my tiredness was related to vit d deficiency. After taking vit d tablets for four days my tiredness, bone pain and hairloss disappeared. Also tooth ache

    Perfect list sir.. I felt tired before and while self examining and changes in diet, I feel the change. . My reasons are low haemoglobin one time, for some period lack of night sleep due to late dinner intake, and recently thyroid issue ... all the time, I analyse and change my diet according to it... it helped me a lot..
