G,day mate, good to see another veelog and I appreciate your dedication working in those temps. I use stainless as much as possible on my builds as stainless is forever not like chrome. Another way to make mild steel exhaust systems last is to use an old hot rodders trick is to get them done in thermal spray aluminum. I had my shovelhead exhaust TSA sprayed back in the mid. eighties and all I did was sand them smooth and painted them VHT black and they still look the same today, all you have to do is repaint once in a while just for a tidy up. It's good to see some true kustom work done as we know if you bought it off the shelf it ain't kustom. Cheers to you and thanks for the vids and still watching from NZ.👍
I started this weeks ago but had trouble with my welder. It took a few goes to nail down an intermittent fault. I'll try and edit some more over the weekend.
@@Maraggie There were several breaks in the wire and one end was hanging on by a thread at the socket. I've ordered a better torch now but this one has been Guerrilla built enough now to keep as a spare.

Thanks man. I'll get on with more ASAP.
There you are :) Good to see an update. I've had a bit of a dive in terms of productivity but hope to get back at it this weekend.

@@guerrillabuildchoppers4823 I saw that HF start didn't work on the video...bit weird. My R-Tech TIG is still going strong, knock on wood.

why do you keep tapping micro switch on tig torch are you using it as a method of pulse welding keep up the good work buddy
Thats right. Increasing and decreasing the amps to control the heat. Im too lazy to walk over to the machine and plug in the pedal.
