I loved the whole series and the whole movie, but I seriously lovedddddd the ending. I thought it was the best final shot out of any cartoon finale. Completely incapsulated the theme and message of the show beautiful. Made me tear up a bit.
I actually thought the whole "Viral Video: Do Every Meme" part was kind of good. It's obviously memes that are completely dead and gone by this point and the way they did it was supposed to just be pure satire. Unlike a movie where they reference memes and actually think they are still going to be catchy when the movie hits theaters. This movie was over all pretty wonderful and I loved the end credits~ no spoilers but super cute to match the song~!
The thing with the villain is that the bear-hate is an allegory for racism and xenophobia (as you pointed out it was established in the beginning), and giving the villain a reason to be like that wouldn't be that great imo. I loved the movie. I wish they had done something with the human friends besides just having them be upset, but other than that it was pretty awesome for the show.
Honestly it makes sense for We Bare Bears to have a prequel after this. How are they going to continue this outside of pretending this film never happene- wait you could just say this film occurs at the end chronologically and that episodes would be before the film. Still waiting for Gumball to get a movie.
I think a good origin story for Trout would’ve been the reason why he would hate bears is a grizzly bear would’ve killed his father or mother which would’ve been why he hated bear’s
I think that would have muddied the message. Sometimes people do hate just to hate. Sometimes people enjoy domination for domination or only feel empowered when they have power over others and their is no tragic back story. Also, some people do believe they are justified in racism or xenophobia or related behaviors because their race/culture/creed etc should have "natural" dominance and they dig their feet in on this behavior just based on being taught and encouraged in this as a "naturally" right belief.
I think We Bare Bears might be the only show that was able to get a proper ending that also includes Adventure Time and Regular Show. The others got cancelled like OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes and Clarence and they had to make a finale that can end the show. The Amazing World Of Gumball ends on a cliffhanger with the possibility of a movie ending the series, but it's unknown if it has been approved. When watching Steven Universe Future to me I think Cartoon Network chose not to renew the show, but let them do this limited series in order to give it a finale. We Bare Bears is getting a spin-off that's going to be a prequel to the show.

I thought panda was the youngest which cause he's annoying his brother's have to get him out of every situation he is in but he redeemed himself of course there is a few moments of him acting like dingle
Grizz, Panda, Ice Bear age order. I don't know why Panda not being the strongest or Grizz being a bit goofy is an age thing. That's just their personalities. Panda will never be like a dominant alpha. And Ice Bear will never be overly energized and animated. And Grizz will always have a little kid at heart feel, prob til the end of his days.
This movie was an oof in my book. Internet culture _memey_ attitude shoved down, none of the human characters are part of it, strawman half-dimensional villain to top it all. *chef kiss*
Really good and heartwarming movie, It was definitely what any fan of the series would have excepted. If you love the series, you will absolutely enjoy this movie. A solid 7.5/10 (Really Good)
I’m ngl I kinda thought that the movie was sooooo bad because introducing a new character that late into the show feels odd and we barely see anything to do with the side characters like cloe and Charley etc so it was just not very cool imo
And also the bEaRs use the racist “jUSt bECaUSe wE’rE BEarS” even tho they do horrible things and everyone forgives them because they saved other bears this is the worst movie I’ve seen in a long time
They can drive to Canada from California. The bears live in the Bay Area of California (so North Cali) so driving over the border would only take a day or couple of days depending on your speed and commitment to driving non stop, lol.

The movie is pretty great
It acts like a fine conclusion to the series.
The movie serves as the series finale to We Bare Bears.
