I just came across this channel. At a great time. Surgery recovery. Your show is so relaxing. The woman on the left, my left, reminds me a bit of Drew Barrymore. Are you sisters? I was a collector of miniatures for a long time. Years ago I sold everything. If I had them today, I would send you some...happily!!🙂...thanks for being real, down to earth and showing us your treasures. It's all amazing.
The cake stand is reutters...i have lots of reutters from germany. They have some lovely things...i love watching you unbox things...pottery is my fave! ❤
7:24 The things at this time stamp are pot hangers or pothooks. They attach to the inside of the fireplace and swing back and forth. They are for hanging cook pots over the fire. You adjust the temperature by swinging the pot nearer to or farther from the fire.😉
Loved being able to see your faces. Added to the film greatly. Lots of really nice items. Look forward to part 2. Always a treat to watch both your channels. 😊😊
It's like a lost treasure chest being opened and all these pretties are there to be discovered😍. Looking forward to the museum room. That will be so interesting xx
This was an amazing box of pieces so lovely . They even had cat plates sunny will be happy with those 🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛ why did you make 2 parts 😢oh look forward to seeing what gave you so much excitement. 💕💕💕
What an exciting assortment of goodies..I love all the goodies.I do think the second picture on watercolour paper, near the end with the castle on it ,it’s actually a real miniature. The paper was marker for the size they wanted and they just never finished the outer edge.Perhaps they were not happy with it.I think it’s a copy of a real painting too…Not a print but clever watercolour 🥰
Oh my gosh the details on that silver wear. I hope Betsy gets some of these pretty things she so does deserve it! 😮 it 5am and I’m still watch. The joy of being retired I can stay up and sleep when I want to lol.
Arrghhh noooo don't leave us in suspense!! 😀 lol.....what an amazing lot! Well done ladies, love seeing your excitement. Your close relationship is wonderful to see 💖
Thoroughly enjoyed myself watching you two unpack all these precious treasures! Thank you for the many smiles!! I am so excited to hear about the museum and other projects!! Cheers!!
Some fabulous miniatures in this lot. The two plates with the cat plates looked like scenes from some of the medieval Unicorn tapestries. Didn't get a very look so not certain. Love seeing the two of you in the filming.
The divided box should have the tools in it. Pichers, hammer, tin snips (scissors) . The little glass bowl is very like the one I had in my dolls house as a child. I still have it it has glass fruit in it. That was lovely seeing the glee on your faces opening that lovely parcel.
The little brakets would look great on the outside to hang plants on, the coat hanger in Herrietta,s bedroom, ❤❤❤❤love your videos so warming and lovely to watch thankyou for sharing ❤❤❤❤
the wooden box w/slots in the 1st bag opened is a tool box. i have one, purchased early 2000s & is filled with tiny tools; hammer, screwdriver, wrench, etc. purchased @ Michael's Craft Store in USA. thanx!
I love to watch how exited you both get when you find really old and useable treasures for your doll houses. That was a great buy Fleur ! I'm slowly catching up on your adventures, got a bit behind 🙄 Love and hugs 🥰🥰 xx
@theminiatureworldofkitcabo1633 I watch a TH-cam channel called "Early American" where Justine cooks meals in a fireplace, typically from recipe books from the 1700 and early to mid 1800s. You might like it!
😍I can hardly wait to see the second part of this great video. I would love to hear your plans🤩 The creativity that flows through you at the same time, or bumping ideas off of each other.👍❣ You two are the best. You really make me so happy just watching you both. I was raised with a mother and two sisters, so I remember the giggling.... They have been gone from me for 20+ years😵
Such lovely things . The Modern Cats would fit into the 1920's house well . The modern art craze was in the 20's such as Salvador Dali .He was at peak between 1923 and 19 37..And the Child from the Renaissance would maybe be cute in the borrowers clock..
Lovely, Lovely, Lovley to see you while your unboxing. I’m so exited to see your little things and your reaction when it is a rare found you have in this box. Thanks for sharing
At first i thought that the fire tongs were for sugar ha ha. The brackets could be hung out side the 1940s house and filled with marigolds and tomatoes. The tankared loosely translated says good health when you clink you're glasses, tankared together instead of wishing cheers , salute skol etc The box could be for tools or glasses The Elizabethan picture you could make a fancy frame and place it in the regency dolls house. It could be one of their ancestors I remember the free doll, you could easily make a new parasol for it You ladies are naughty to tease us lol with making this into a two parter . i can't wait for it to air Take care lovely ladies. Xx
Loved the new format for this video , you are both looking well. The older contents from the unboxing were beauties, so well made and styled; top item was that exquisite little painting, beautiful. Hanging for part two of this video. Fleur, how about giving the wrench to your husband to hang up in his workshop!
I just found you channel and I love it had to subscribe. Have you ever made a faux frame by making a rubbing of a miniature decorative frame? You would make a rubbing on aluminum foil and I use black shoe polish on it to get the details to show. The more intricate the better. I have also made miniature animals with this way. Tin foil has a lot of uses this way. Thanks for sharing.
Yes!! I was able to purchase many pieces in a large lot of furniture. Then I looked up the prices! Wow. The 3-tiered porcelain would be at least $25 new.
The tool box came full of tools such as a hammer, monkey wrench, shears, etc. Mine came without anything else. I bought mine at Hobby Lobby. They are still being sold. The loose tools are the ones which came in the wooden tool box. Mine had painted red handles.
I was going to comment on this as well. The two more modern tools (the wrench and the hammer) were a part of the set with the tool box. In addition to the one mentioned with the red handles, I also have one with no paint on the handles.
Those Little Black things at around 7:36 look almost like those metal pot holders from a fire place, that swing in and out? " Maybe" And the Little wooden box looks like a small tool box I have myself, but mine has small tools in it? ; ) Always Loved Miniatures! Your Show is SO FUN!
What a treasure trove of lovely miniatures. How exciting to open a package so full of lovely things. Your dolls houses are going to be filled with such lovely things. Very enjoyable, especially seeing your reactions. Xxx
so luv your unboxing videos eye get excited along with you! can't wait to see them installed in your tiny homes. Kate - what are those 3 ducks on your front pocket, pins or buttons? both your ladies style of clothing you wear is so unique, I think you once said you shop for them at thrift stores? Wish our stores sold styles like it. have a great week & see you soon xoxo
Hello Ladies!!! Lots and lots of lovely littles for your dollhouses! I believe the little lamp is a Renwal plastic 3/4 scale piece from the 1950's. I collect tin dollhouses from the era and I own quite a few of those lamps!!! I'm looking for two more copper ones like yours right now!!!
I like how you made that lovely radish/tomato pendant droplet but instead of just bending the tip and you smashing it if you have a round nose plier, you could do a tiny spiral at the end or a little loop that won’t take away from your design
We sold in our museum shop miniature glass doll house items. They were made on Cape Cod. Blown with pontianak marks. Done days before shipping. People would oh and ah over them. I always felt honor bound to tell the truth.
You two are so cute and adorable! My diabetes was getting me down a bit today and you have lifted my spirits so high! I love your unboxing, you are so appreciative of everything. I loved your chat about doing a Jane Austin bit, and Beatrix Potter. Your army of followers attest to your wit, your charm, your talent, your creativity, your humanity, just everything about you. I
I'm absolutely kicking myself because, upon discovering an absolute treasure trove of miniatures within a local antique shop, I modestly declared my spending finished at a single 16 piece teaset; and left behind a TIIINY pewter charm that was a horse drawn carriage. As in, now that it's no longer in front of me to make me have doubts, I'm convinced it would have fit ON one of the shelves of my glass fronted china cabinet in my 1/12 dining room furniture.
I think the piece you thought was a sauce pan is actually a water dipper. On the farm, it was used to get a drink from a water bucket. The handle is longer than most sauce pans and at an upward angle, not usually the angle of a pan handle. Since I have some dippers like that, I'm fairly certain that's what it is. Happy crafting.
The sounds some of those things were making together got me to daydreaming about doll house wind chimes. May be silly but I imagine they'd sound pretty(:
I know I’m catching up on streams I have not watched. Enjoying all the unboxing. I’m glad you’re dropping and not me. My fingers and hands are to big for all these tiny’s. I believe those black bracket things were used to hand a potted plant I think Victorian times which would go with the Victorian male in black suit and beautiful lady.
"Gut heil" is a very old saying that goes back to medival times. "Heil" comes from "Heilung" (healing). So, if you said "Gut Heil" [goot hyle] you actually wished someone a good recovery. It was often used on steins that were given out by what would today be called a sports club (Turnverein). These steins are called "Turnerkrug" and mostly depict people doing excercises - often in a patriotic context (especially in the 1900s). Reutter is pronounced "roy tear" (like in tear apart). These miniatures were very popular in the 90s but also very expensive. The modern cats look like they were taken from paintings from Rosina Wachtmeister, a contemporary Austrian artist. Very popular in the 90s /early 2000s. She painted those very colorful cats. I love that you were showing yourself on camera. The interactions between you are so lovely. 😊
Ladies, I love that you’re showing your faces and hope you continue to do so!! 😊😊
Thank you :)

Thank you 🤗
So lovely to see your faces and your reaction on the beautiful things!
Love to watch your videos! ♥️♥️🤩
🤗
The brackets look like the swinging arms from which pots or cauldrons were suspended over an open fire in a cottage or farmhouse. 😊
High tea in a broken teapot. Very cute.
This was an amazing unboxing!! Thank you so much Fleur and Kate!! I can't wait until part 2 comes out!! How Exciting!!!
Arrghhh noooo don't leave us in suspense!! 😀 lol.....what an amazing lot! Well done ladies, love seeing your excitement. Your close relationship is wonderful to see 💖
I see Gomez and morticia Addams for Halloween, make the girl doll a black skintight dress 😂
10:18 I totally agree! Gomez and Morticia Addams. 😁👻
I though exactly the same! Gomez or a vampire!
Guys all the instruments could go into the show case for your museum that your doing x

Very nice assortment of finds!!! Can't wait for part 2!!!❤❤❤
Wow! I can't wait to see them being used in your dollhouses.
The Reutter Porcelain is a good find as they are usually very expensive.
Yes!! I was able to purchase many pieces in a large lot of furniture. Then I looked up the prices! Wow. The 3-tiered porcelain would be at least $25 new.
The so called wine box is actually a toolbox that accompanies the ladder😮
The tool box came full of tools such as a hammer, monkey wrench, shears, etc. Mine came without anything else. I bought mine at Hobby Lobby. They are still being sold. The loose tools are the ones which came in the wooden tool box. Mine had painted red handles.

Lovelies. I think you should get a magnifying glass. It really helps with tinies😊
Black brackets perahps for hanging cooking pots inside a fireplace?
Wow beautiful faces great video
The brown crate with the handle is a carrier for milk bottles.😊
😂
With the stein and the mug and pitcher you can start a miniature pub.
Make a wire pot rack to hang over the stove for your pots and pans ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I so enjoy watching you unbox now

Beautiful! ( As usual, thanks so much) - I wonder if you could put the extra kitchen things into a ramshackle tinker's shop or something like that...
I love the blue German mug
Fabulous unboxing😊 could the black brackets be for over a fire for holding meat or a cooking pot, maybe?
I think so too :)
