  • Hello everyone, welcome back to ReShoe. Capping off the channel launch week with a bonus video, I will be presenting you the main features of the two most commonly used types of shoe trees: cedar shoe trees and beechwood shoe trees.
I am going to go over all aspects, from price, material, to overall pros and cons. In the end, I hope to have given you a better idea of when to use each type and, more specifically, which shoe tree fits your needs best.
    Used in the video:
    Sir Beecs cedar shoe trees
    Beechwood shoe trees from Deichmann
    Black wholecuts from BMan

You are absolutely right - especially with the pros and cons of the different types of shoe trees. I'm in the proces of changing all of my spring shoe trees to the much better cedar shoe trees. The only reason why I am not doing it all at once is the price of the cedar ones because they are a bit more expensive to buy than the spring ones. But, as you say in the video, the cedar shoe trees get the moist of out the shoes a lot better than the spring shoe trees - and it leaves a smell that's a whole lot better than the spring ones. I can absolutely confirm what you're saying! Please keep up the good work! Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words! I'm in the exact same stage as you are, slowly but surely upgrading my shoe collection with the addition of more and more quality cedar shoe trees! Casting aside the higher price, they are a must!

@@getstrongby4038 that's actually a pretty accurate way to describe it. It's a nice smell all around (depending on your preferences, of course)
