Hi Pam! I just caught up on your last four videos. Congrats on your Night Walked Down finish! It’s gorgeous! And congrats on your new puppy! We got a puppy three weeks ago! It’s a first dog for me and my kids, but my husband had dogs growing up. Since he’s only 15 weeks old and small (a chihuahua mix) he needs to go out during the night. When he’s sleeping he can wait about five hours so I set my alarm for 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning to let him out depending on the last time he went potty before bed then I’m able to sleep until 6:30 or 7:00. It’s working well for me. I would love to stitch the cottage piece.

I love the saying, I've seen WIPs and I love the piece.. but while I'm incredibly drawn to pieces with houses in them, I don't particularly enjoy stitching houses lol
Cottage is one of my most favorite memory. We had a cottage when I was growing up in the Finger Lakes region of NY. My mom, sister and I would spend the summer there and my Dad would come Wednesday night and then Friday for the weekend. They sold it and I miss it to this day.

Stitching "Live On Little" as I watch. Yes, it's a pretty pattern. Here's a bird tale from my yard. Right before I started your video I was looking in my yard and there was a very bright yellow goldfinch perched on my hammock and this hummingbird was just taunting the poor thing. The hummingbird would fly up for a few feet then back down right at that goldfinch. Then the goldfinch flew over to my Coneflowers and that hummingbird flew right behind him, following him until my dog decided to zoom right over to the fence and spook them both. The goldfinch love the seeds from the coneflower heads. They just started showing up to devour them all. Those hummingbirds are such bullies. They want my whole yard to themelves. LOL
