  • I have shown in this video the type of frauds been done by some online customers. Though majority of online customers are sincere and their issues are genuine but there are some bad apples. they try to cheat the sellers. I have listed all the possible scenario for the customer's frauds. I have also shown you the methods by which online sellers can safeguard their interest and avoid financial loss.

    Most of the time delivery boy is a fraudster. Seller customer ko aur customer seller ko galat samjte hain pr asl mein delivery boy saman nikal te zyadatar case mein.

    sabse aasaan aur badiya idea, ye hona chahiye ki delivery ke time par delivery agent box ko open krke ke customer se satisfaction letter sign lele, jisme ye mention ho ki jo item customer ne order kiya hai vahi received hua, taki baad mein customer order ko change naa karke REPLACEMENT aur return ke time par.

Kuch customer sirf majak meh cash on delivery order kardete hai or package receive nhi karte to bhi hum sellers ko courier charge apni pocket se dene padte hai. Customer honest ho to seller bhi honest he rahega

    Ghatiya log fraud krte hai. Aur ghatiya log dono category me hote hai. Seller & customer. Sirf ek hi category ko blame nhi kr skte.
    Amazon Flipkart pe km hota hai. Snapdeal & shopclues pe bohot hota hai. Maine wo dono use krna hi bnd kr diya hai. Main mostly Amazon hi use krta hu aur bohot achhi deal ho to Flipkart.
    Seller Amazon pe cloudtail best hai & Flipkart pe ws retail. I mostly prefer them only.

      so please all e commerce seller please sign the petition so indian court justices will help you get your money back from e com drive pvt ltd .

    I am also a seller, and today I got back two empty beer bottles in place of 2 insulated bottles in a courier return (which was not delivered to customer) on flipkart. Packet did not look torn from anywhere. It's really saddening and obviously some courier boy might have changed the product, I don't know using which technique.
    It's not always the buyer/seller.

    Sir as u said that the courier guy has to make a video of each and every shipment when picking from the customers, logically it’s not possible from the courier guy as everyday he has to deliver more than 100 shipments and if he start making the video then never he can complete the delivery task given to him on time result the hub will be hit and gradually it wll be a bigger Impact on the company !!!

      Next is courier and customer each should be secure by using camera...

    and IMIE no. phone ka alag & bill me tha wo alag.....
    Return request daali, next day delivery boy aya wapas lene, bhai cross check kr ra mere product ko, uske apbe mobile pe serial no. check kr ra & order details check kr ra apne screen pe .....
    maine to parcel lete time itna check nhi kiya, khushi khushi accept kr liya aur wo return lene k liye 20 question khel ra.....
    sab check kiya fir IMEI dekh k mere ko reject kr diya....... return nhi liya, mai flipkart k office gya same office waalo ne bhi mana kr diya ,return nhi krenge.....
    fir filpkart customer care ko phone kiya mail daali, kha money return kro nhi to consumer court jaunga, mere pass video recording hi unhoxing ki ........
    Flipkart ne money return kr diye.... issue solved......
    maine 2 baar return kiye hi product, ek phone ka aur 2nd watch from amazon, damage watch thi ...... again delivery agaent 20 questions, fir maine usko video dikhayi unboxing ki aur usko video share kr di......
    Delievry Boy jo return lebe aata hi, wo cross check krta hi . . ......
    order details check krta hi, match krta hi apbe device se, accha khasa check krte hi......
    Ye kehna galat hi ki check nhi hota

    most of the sellers are doing this kind of frauds ,when you order for phone you will get soap box when you try to return the misplaced product they say wait for 10 days then after they cancel the order
    or block the customer

    Best way to solve this problem is seller must attach bar code and halogram stickers with date and time on seller's product which is the best way .
    If buyer trying to send different products then they unable to make bar code and halogram stickers for buyers intended product and for delivery boy legal right must be given to check halogram and bar code basis , he must have electronic device to check those bar code and halgram stickers to know that products whether that product is original or not?
    Once the delivery boy confirmed, if product is fake then delivery boy should not accept or buyer false allegations to sellers product.
    He should not accept that product .
    And he should not return it to seller.
    For that purpose buyers request should be unacceptable.
    These halogram stickers and bar code number has perfect unique numbers given by Amazon. Only seller must have right to take those barcode numbers and halogram from Amazon.
    Delivery boy, courier company and including buyers do not have any right to receive barcode and halogram stickers.
    Only seller can receive those barcode and halogram sticker from Amazon.
    This method almost eliminate fake product from buyer's. And seller feels more secure to do business.
    It is very hard to say who did that?
    Fraudsters may be anybody , they may be buyer's or may be delivery boy or may courier companies.
    Need to make law for safety for seller.

    How buyer send return in FBM. I mean if I send product via speed post and buyer wants to return the product after some time. How we schedule pick up while we don't have any courier tie up. Can we ask buyer to send the parcel by his/her own expenses.

    Bcz few days back i was placed order of WILD STONE DEO..
    BUT seller is shipped a different product with expired. How you can taking this ....
    Only customers is not doing fraud. You also doing fraud. Bcz they trust you ....?

    Recently I ordered a Kookaburra shoe but inside different duplicate shoe I received. Imagine the level of seller's honesty.
    Customer satisfaction is important.but fraud by customers is not acceptable. And what is your thought about fraud by sellers
    Fraud by sellers is acceptable ?

    I order phone back cover buy one get one free but in packet there was only one cover.
    chane chaba liye maine tb ja ke dusra mila.
    order cancel kiya amazon ka product frying pan tedha tha.
    product le gaya delivery boy bola paise amazon pay me aaenge. usne product jama hi nh kiya wapas. 3 months try karne k baad mujhe paise wapas mile.
    customer end se frauds hote honge pr I think max to sellers hi karte hai.

    इस तरह के फ्रॉड में कुछ कस्टमर के अलावा e-cart डिलेवरी देने वाले भी शामिल रहते है ,एक पहचान वाला लड़का जो यह रिटर्न्स लेने का काम करता है उसके अनुसार सेलेरी के अलावा वो रिटर्न्स की चीजें भी चेंज करके ऊपर की कमाई करते है जैसे कस्टमर से असली जूते nike के लेकर आफिस में बाजार से खरीदे हुए 200 रु के same कॉपी जमा कर देते है ।

    Courier does not allow to write complaint on POD anymore. Vdo bhi mail karke thak gaye . They simply dont clear claims. Its all up to the seller how much pressure & losses he can handle. Ek din toot lar woh quit kar jata hai 😞

    सर हमने एक मुफ्ती का जींस मंगवाया ओर सेलर ने दो साल का पहना हुआ जींस भेजा क्या सेलर ने अच्छा किया । सेलर को भी कस्टमर के साथ धोखा नही करना चाहिए ओर ना हिं कस्टमर को सेलर के साथ । 👉मंगवाने का तारीख है 25/9/2018👈 मेरा सेलर से एक हिं सवाल है जो कस्टमर जो समान पसंद करे वही समान सेलर को भेजना चाहिए । लेकिन ऐसा सेलर 50% नही करता है । मांगते है कुछ ओर भेजता है कुछ ओर खुद मेरे साथ ऐसा बहुत बार हुआ है ।

    Ordered flipkart a kitchen scissors got n95 mask i opened the pack infront of the courier boy... he told me to raised a return i do it infront of his eyes ... he told me he will pick tomorrow he didn't come he cancelled the return like tracking details unavailable... now i have a great doubt like who is wrong here the product showing out of stock in flipkart and the courier boy is running without picking the return... since 20 times called the customer service and raise n number of queries he is not attempting a return... i have a huge doubt over the courier boy...

      I paid money to courier guy. But I went to his office. Delhivery ... And sent the unboxing video.
      But the tracking order and everything shows delivered. Ab Mera kya Hoga Kuch bhi pata Nahi chal Raha.
      So Bhai log. Amazon fulfilled or flip assured. Se hi kharidna. No return goods BC paisa bhi gaya aur peace bhi Nahi hein. 😭
