1. TO sell on amazon, with no brand, you can directly uplaod your products . Just you need to take exemption on those products SKU. For bill , you need to consult your CA. They will guide you better. 2. Yes. For branded product you need to take Authorization letter. Also i suggest to get tour brand registered. it is not so difficult. As it takes more than 1 hour to explain so i do it in my training programme only. However, in a nut shell - dont rely much, dont invest much, dont expect huge profit, but good for branding and advertising. Always use end date and automatic targeting
