Starting at the back after being pushed off in to shadow realm swamp in the pre-final. All things considered, a pretty good race!

What size Engines Are these In HP ? and CCs Pls

The engines are 4 stroke Briggs and Stratton LO206. The “LO” stands for Local Option and 206cc
We run approximately 9hp in the senior class. The engines are sealed from the factory and heavily monitored to ensure an even playing field, but there’s other series that allow modifications and different components and I’ve heard of the running 15+hp 😵‍💫

I noticed the top speed is excellent for those engines, although a bit sluggish on the power at lower speeds, until it hits that certain spot in the revs, then it picks up pretty quickly. I am Thinking Of Putting A Honda 6.5 h p On one of my karts@@blakemotorsports

I think a lot of that has to do with the clutch and the way it engages. The RPM sort of flatline for a while until the kart is up to speed and it fully engages.
Honda's are great engines. the arrive and drive series @canadianminiindy use them. Not sure of the spec on them though@@jonlambshead5115
