Can cargo bikes change how we navigate our cities?

Our latest research, conducted for Tour de Force and in collaboration with the City of Rotterdam, dives into how we can make space for cargo bikes in various city areas. We focused on creating solutions for loading, unloading, and parking. By analysing cargo bike use and identifying challenges, we developed a flexible design system. This system helps municipalities evaluate their urban spaces and find opportunities for cargo bikes.
