Hopefully you see this i know ots an old video but i was wondering where narcillian armour and gear fits into this because thats whats my main has atm and idk where to go from here.
My char automatically graduated on lvl 50. I never had Tuvala or the option to turn Naru into Tuvala. I turned Naru into Narchillan, which was pretty good up until lvl 60. But now how do I get boss gear?
what do i do if i have enchanted my naru weapons to V and did not equip it but i exchanged it for the Tuvala weapons will i not be able to finish the seasonal free pass??? I am new so it would be really helpful if someone could answer
About using Fughar's timepiece to transfer exp to another character. Should I do that with full PEN Tuvala gear or with boss gear? This is my first character.
Gear doesn’t matter for this, it’ll just transfer your current seasonal out to normal servers, and clone another character to your currents with Level and skill point.
This is inaccurate, you have to use the timepiece before graduating or you won’t be able to use it, so there’s no option to timepiece with boss gear. Go to PEN tuvala and timepiece and then do all the conversions for your boss gear
I know im quite late, Im a brand new player and ive made more than a few charcters. Can anyone tell me if only your second character gets a guaranteed boss item?
So I had this character before and it graduated from Season Server without me converting the Naru gears into Tuvala. So it's impossible for me to get Tuvala now right? Now, I made some research and I found you can convert Naru into Narchillan gear when you're not a season character. So my question is: Is Tuvala the same with Narchilllan? Is it worth it to go to Narchillan or should I just make a new Season Character?
@@RedexTwo Hey man, I just exchanged my Naru gear for Narchillan as it was pretty easy to do. You just click and click lol. I thought you need to do some quests but no, once you have PEN V Naru, exchanging it just requires mouse click.

i still dont get it, i already exchange all my armor to boss gear my ap is still 230 i cant progress the main quest cause i need higher ap, what should i do?
its weird im 56 now and i font have enough black stones for going full tuvala.. dont know where i went wrong.. mostly did main story and just did awakening and succession..
I have a character leveled but i did not make it a season character. I can not turn my Naru into tuvala gear. What should i do gear wise? Do i need to start the whole game over as a season character and lose all my paid outfits?
In this video you are saying to go for PEN Tuvala in every slot but I have seen recommendations to not bother with certain slots because of the free capotia accs and armor you get. Are these recommendations correct and if so which slots should you not bother enhancing to PEN?
If you have multiple characters, its better to have them, even for boss alts or something. Your main will of course get better gear over time. So there is no downside to getting them.
Is this for the seasonal servers only? I took a long break about 5 years ago, and I'm just coming back, so I'm trying to find my way around with how to gear up.
@DisGuyyy make a new season character, it doesnt take long to get to 60 and you can always reroll later if you think your season class is uncomfortable to play
can you still trade the naru gear for that narchallin gear or no? I recently started playing and found videos on this trade but the videos are 1-2 years old.
So for PvE, in my testing at higher end grind spots, you feel safer with higher damage reduction more than evasion. Accuracy is not needed for PvE in 99% of spots
Hey so when I get my first toon and graduate, I get one normal exchange between tuvula to boss, and i can convert a lot of it once using jetina right? Im confused, because bdo foundry says that for jetina "You CANNOT enhance this gear or put caphras into it.". Does that mean I dont want to use it? Isnt it useless now? Like do I want to convert everything using jetina except one item? Its so confusing, which tuevela items do i want to convert using what?
I believe the way it works is the first set (first time exchange) can exchange all weps + armors that cannot be enhanced, but future seasons can exchange 1 piece of gear that can be upgraded
THIS was the guide I needed. My friend told me I can exchange my Pen Tuvala into Boss Gear. But I had no idea who to go to do that. So can Jetina can convert each Pen Tuvala gear and weapons without any other materials, do I need anything else before going to her outside of the gear?

if any, Id suggest to better watch class preview/overview videos and not tier lists. they could flip upside down at any time anyways. just pick what you like and feels good.
No but you can timepiece your first season character you made meaning you can choose another class to take your first season character place so that they can grind on season server and they will have the same level and skill points as your first season character.
2 Questions. 1. I got a friend to buy the game and he's never played. Can he do the Simplified Crossroad or will he have to do the Main Story? 2. What level would you Graduate from Season? Do you just complete the Pass Hit 60 and have full Pen Armor and Weapons? I ask cause I just got all my weapons and armor minus accessories to Pen Tuvala but I'm only 56.
I recommend everyone do the FULL main quest atleast 1 time just so they can a feel of the game and how it works, after that then can do the simplified quest for their next character. For the other quest I would HIGHLY recommend getting full pen tuvala and lvl 61 before you decide to time piece then he can start grinding places like trees as soon as he gets off of season server.
@@GZ187 More like it copies the level and skill points to another character, and transfers season benefits to a new character. So you'll have two lvl 61 characters. Quest progression isn't transferred.
1. I believe you need to do the main story on 1 character before the simplified option becomes available 2. Graduate after 60, to finish up the season pass + get full PEN Tuvala

Fast forward about two weeks ago, I started playing BDO again and this time I created a second character, Drakania (seasonal), and reached lv 61 with full PEN Tuvala. My question is when the season is over, can I still have the chance to exchange all of my PEN Tuvala on my Drak to Boss gear? and last tip, dont dig too deep into tier lists, its not gonna help too much at the beginning and rather could make you not play a class that you could otherwise have enjoyed playing. good luck!
if any, Id suggest to better watch class preview/overview videos and not tier lists. they could flip upside down at any time anyways. just pick what you like and feels good.
Is Drakania Awakening accuracy or evasion?
Neither but go Bhegs :), Drak scales better off DR and some acc
If you graduate your character can you make a second seasonal character?
No but you can timepiece your first season character you made meaning you can choose another class to take your first season character place so that they can grind on season server and they will have the same level and skill points as your first season character.
nah, you can only make a single season character
1 season character per season
@@zavyaunmoore8615 Does the new character inherit the equipment?... does my previous character end up with no equipment?..
Just started the game so this video I refreshing
2 Questions.
1. I got a friend to buy the game and he's never played. Can he do the Simplified Crossroad or will he have to do the Main Story?
2. What level would you Graduate from Season? Do you just complete the Pass Hit 60 and have full Pen Armor and Weapons?
I ask cause I just got all my weapons and armor minus accessories to Pen Tuvala but I'm only 56.
@@Dreyden12274wait I thought the timepiece turned you char into a different char? Essentially swapping classes
One season and one normal (non-season)
If it's your first character, finish msq to mediah to unlock simplified quest line so your new character can run that main quest line instead. Quest progression isn't transferred.
1. I believe you need to do the main story on 1 character before the simplified option becomes available
2. Graduate after 60, to finish up the season pass + get full PEN Tuvala
@@Jonlaw98 I got to 56 on day one and I got Full Pen Tuv today aside from Accessories.
Is sorc succession evasion?
Yeah at end game
@@Jonlaw98 what should I work towards on the way to end game? Or should I just focus evasion all the way. Not really going to be doing pvp
@@brandonshepard5303 depends where you are at in the game, might need a few more details to point you in the right direction
@@Jonlaw98 basically end of season. Have the Magnus red nose boss piece and that's it. Going to push 61 before I time piece. Then I'll start progressing to boss gear
@@brandonshepard5303 Ok yeah, I would just stick with DR/Accuracy (Bheg & Urugon) until you're already full pen boss gear + weps at caphras 9+ with vells / crystals etc Then transition into evasion later at end game. Mostly because it'll be safer/easier to grind for silver until then
Nice Gear roadmap!
One question about blackstar. Is it a thing that you could choose Godr-Ayed weapons instead?
Just in case the marked prices aren´t the same
If you are buying, godr-ayed, it is worth it, enhancing it past tri feels like a beginner trap
Is there any options for me a player who came back to the game after several years away has full tet boss gear and refuses to play season ( i feels season stuff ruins the working for your gear side of the game)
Hello, I have a question. So about a year ago I started the game and my first character is a tamer. I reached lv 20 with her then I just stopped playing BDO. From what you said in the video, the second character can only exchange 1 piece of gear, so does that means my Drak can only exchange 1 boss gear?
Yes, just one piece of gear. From there you’re grinding, saving silver to swap out pieces. Seasonal gear is just a place holder for better armor
@@KayJayGGso does that means there is no way for me to exchange all my PEN tuvala to boss gear on my Drak? I think this second character of mine is the first seasonal char i created.
@@guerrillanation6486you can still do the full conversion. its a one time thing, but it can be your 15th character you do it on if u havent done it before. just speak to jetina after you finished your season, youre fine :)
Next please make a guide on how to be a melee wizard / witch 😩
Play sorceress
Hell I got Dobart armor and I’m lv52😂
You totally left out that you can get naru stuff from a NPC if you need them.
You get full naru from quests anyways so it doesn’t really matter.
The more videos i watch of this game the more confused i get tbh
Lvl 50 in full pen naru😂😂. I'm lvl 56 and can't get any naru gear to tet.
🤔
Must be doing something wrong you dont even have to use stacks on it, i would do story or some quests to get naru stuff.
@williammckinney8076 I'm in Altinova right now questing. Not sure how much story is left. All I've done for leveling is questing with only 1 hour of pure grinding which was yesterday.
With 290/292/344 and triple tet BS my next gear upgrade is so painful. 110% of my silver is going to purchase costumes & vendor crons. 😢 0/22 so far, will hit that 5.6% eventually 😣
Just save up and buy the PEN
Im 289/332 i got super lucky and hit pen blackstar awakening last night with j hammer
With vel heart and a tet tungrad earring as next upgrades ill have 295 ap im so hype
As someone who got spooned on PEN Blackstar I have the opposite issue.
nobody cares man
Progression = grind silver and buy gear. Upgrading is a joke.
I had to google "what does it mean to get gear to pen". It means to enhance your gear with black stones until it reaches +40.
You gotta get better at Google.
@@bayrockdev You gotta get better at empathy. This game is hard to learn. Correction: It's +15 then you go up to level 5 with a chance to go down a level every time you enchant. That is some frustrating RNG but at least now I understand it. You really think you're doing it wrong when you burn through all those beginner blackstones.
Gl kill evasion people 😢
Should i sell caphras in order to buy BS gear? or should i keep them?
Blackstar armors are new player bait imo, just keep adding caphras to your gear
@@Jonlaw98 i meant for BS weapons mostly i know the boss armors are fine for now at PEN but how about the weapons? still save and use the caphras?
@@edbusta5982 Hard to say when is the right time to transition into Blackstar weps, since the benefit is pretty much for PvE. I guess when thats your next cheapest upgrade is the right time
@@Jonlaw98 So, Sell the caphras buy tet or higher BS weapons then grind money to buy more caphras and use those?
Is maegu succ evasion?
Ya
Yes
Nice I went maegu too.
guys im 51 and i still dont have enough blackstones to make my naru pen i did the story and the season pass rewards T.T
You didn't do enough of the main story keep going.
