It is also more efficient due to the stored energy and will still be profitable even when PA introduces energy common for the whole family in the future. Shai is generally dedicated to Life Skills, in addition to tree skills, even her two typical outfits have bonuses, one for gathering and one for alchemy, so you don't need to buy special costumes (although of course the Alchemy costume gives slightly better stats). Let's also remember that Life Skills levels increase the score statistics of the whole family, so getting, for example, Fishing Guru 1 (which is very fast) on two or more characters, allows you to reach the highest possible Family Fame 7000 score faster, which gives you +1.5% silver from Central Market and +10% Drop Rate.
