This was a really good one. Great job! I appreciate that you bagged the grass clippings. This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. It is evident that at one time someone took good care of it by the premium grass and nice landscaping. Great transformation back to its original beauty.

Some one uses a lawn chemical on this grass, emerald green and not one weed in sight.... yet doesn't keep yard mowed - GO FIGURE!!! Curb appeal is the second most important thing to a home buyer. It's a buyers market now...you'd think they'd keep appearances UP. Especially since neighbor next door has a perfect striped cut lawn....... I'd wonder about the homes care in general... this growth is MORE then afew weeks!!!! As always you both ROCKED this out of the park, well done

If the front looked that bad, the back yard is usually 10 times worse. If you are selling this property, you want that back yard popping just like the front. Great job guys!! 👍👍👍

I often wonder how many blades they go through, and if they have to change them on one yard, depending on how difficult it is. FYI I do my own yard and my obsession with perfection is real. Interesting, this house is up for sale but people often decide in the first few seconds of driving up/by whether or not they are interested. They are looking for neatness, being in good repair, attractiveness. So, your opening video showed that this house needed the entrance/front put in order to start. What do I see? Overgrown grass, old grass clippings not cleaned up, sidewalk unedged, growth in cracks, untrimmed shrubs, overgrown street gutter....the entry gate might even be rusty. A person wanting a house in good repair and able to move into, might drive right on by. M&D, you are a good choice to help out. The house looks much more likely to draw a buyer after you worked on it. You might consider a special category of cleanup for people wanting to sell a home. (In this place, not moving their car blocked a driveway section from cleaning.)
I noticed they didn't toss all the edging/trimmed stuff in the lawn & mulch it. They cut the lawn a little higher and the way they edged was different, didn't use the string trimmer, didn't trim on an angle + all the clippings were bagged. No stripes (I don't like stripes!) That's what I noticed anyway.
Man the way the edger clippings were bagged at 7:26, stepping into the plastic bag, I feel this will revolutionize the way I put leaves and other things into bags
The cement work in that town is BEYOND terrible. Almost every job you're on, one can see the extra poor condition of the walkways & driveways. Thank god you guys certainly make these properties look better.

People will mow up to property line in city neighborhoods with driveways parallel and won’t mow two feet over I don’t get it
