No Cheryle, the third answer is, the home is empty and the owner lives in China, and you can't even knock on the door because there is a giant gate in front of a giant mansion, with unsightly weeds growing everywhere. Speaking about Vancouver, BC 🇨🇦

(Haven't seen a Breadfruit Plant "in the wild", just as a houseplant.) Very nice of Mark to take footage for you and share it. I like that the railing fence was actually made in a way that it was possible to edge the grass. The before and after photos certainly show the nice progress.

In Australia we call them monstera (deliciosa) if we're going be pedantic. Often called 'fruit salad plant' up north, as when the fruits ripen (you have to wait long enuf, or you'll get a prickly mouth!) As it takes like fruit salad. The more tropical the climate, and more they're ignored, the bigger they grow, often up into trees.

It's in a temperature region. We have had a very wet year so far and our lawns are just starting to slow down their growth now.

In Australia we call them monstera (deliciosa) if we're going be pedantic. Often called 'fruit salad plant' up north, as when the fruits ripen (you have to wait long enuf, or you'll get a prickly mouth!) As it takes like fruit salad. The more tropical the climate, and more they're ignored, the bigger they grow, often up into trees.
