    Your pistol squats are amazing!! And you make everything look easy! Excellent tutorial Victor!! Push Pull and Static-makes sense!! The hardest one for me is Pull for sure!!     Wow. That’s crazy. I can do a lot of these, but if I did all those in a day, my legs would be dead. Lol! I can do lots of pushups though. Great video. I bet your legs were burning after that

    Thanks for sharing I'm just a newbie started two months ago doing 200 pushups a day with pushups bars it's too late for me to do anything fancy at my age of 70 Yr old
