yeah!!! that sounds like me always playing on my steamdeck or switch, I forget about all the 3DS/DS games I have but I'm hoping with the new channel it'll inspire me to go back and actually play these games more!
I've heard that the DS version of Chrono Trigger is one of the best versions of that game. Definitely one I've been on the lookout for. I'm scared of how much it's going to cost if I ever come across a copy...
Soooooo I'm the biggest idiot ever and we HAD a copy of Chrono Trigger for the DS and for whatever reason we SOLD IT TO GAMESTOP??? :(( One of the dumbest things we've done and my husband won't let me forget it because it's one of his favorite games and every time I see it in stores it's like $150 bucks. I did buy it on PS Vita when that eShop was going down so I HAVE it I just haven't ... played it (like so many other things lol)
I've been collecting 3ds games 1 year before the eshop closed and I have all 78 of the games I wanted ^^ Glad I was able to get everything I wanted except for like 3 layton games.
the original gameboy was my first handheld!!! wish I'd held onto that grey brick, played so much Pokemon and Kirby on that thing. I haven't tried the PSP but I do have a Vita and love that thing!
If you want a fun game on your Nintendo DS, I highly recommend Tetris DS. It has various modes, including themes like Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, The Legend of Zelda, and Metroid, so there's something for everyone. Another game worth checking out is Metroid Prime Pinball, a pinball video game based on the Metroid series.
Theres a theme running through this video, "I picked it up but haven't played it yet"...This is the problem when you get a lot of games in a short space of time haha...Nice collection you have so far anyway!
Im interested in going back and playing games like Final Fantasy Explorers, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Fantasy Life, etc. would be cool to play with others but ive never played these games and I wanted to back when I was a kid.
dude yes!!! I always felt like I missed out on so much with the online features on the 3DS and those games. Monster Hunter 4 especially confused me on how it all worked, but the newer games like MH World and Rise do a pretty good job introducing it to newer players.
Not gonna lie, one of my favorite things to do at PAX East is to see how many StreetPass hits I can rack up. This past year, I still got close to 100 in just one day!
DUDE that's awesome!!! I can't remember how many I got this year but I was also bad about putting people back in line when they were at the gate. There was a streetpass meetup this year too!

The ds version is my favorite way to play it. Definitely the way to go.
I think the Japanese version has English on it and their prices are decent on it. I’d definitely look into it.

Cool video. You should try playing Metroid Prime, the collectors edition on the Wii. IMO, that's the best and most enjoyable way to play that trilogy.
