Ok The way W can remove codes is to pull over turn off truck and shut down power supply switch and it may fix but only temporarily but long enough for me to wake up numb foot
Doesn't work on my 2018. Was working before stopping. Started the truck up 3 hrs later and cruise content working. No messages. Nothing. Just lines come up where the speed should be. So I stopped the truck turn off the power switch hoping it would reset everything. The adaptive cruise not available came on but went off by itself. The lane departure is working, the distance control is working. Just not the cruise.
My truck throws a "caution depress brake" and then the truck goes into neutral and the transmission just starts tweaking They've taken it to the dealership two times already and they cant find the problem. It is freaking annoying because everytime that happens i have to sit for a couple of hours.
@@Yosolo33 my truck said that days ago. Now today after driving 3 hours all the lights come on can't use cruise even though I got the light to go out still won't work and abs won't go out
Daimler Trucks North America, LLC has agreed to recall 218,147 model-year 2017-2023 trucks due to chemical corrosion potentially impacting brake-module operation during the use of adaptive cruise control. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Part 573 Safety Recall Report 22V-817, “On certain vehicles, chemical corrosion could affect the functionality of the brake-modulator valve, which during an Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) braking event may result in full system pressure applied to one front wheel end causing brake pull from differential in brake force. Regular service brakes are unaffected.”
Good video for the truck drivers. Stay safe out there.
Doesn’t work on a 2020 model. Not when all the lights are on.
