    and my offer letter doesn’t have a confirmed date of joining mentioned it says discuss with your HR for a mutually agreed upon DOJ HR then mailed me a “tentative” doj i’m now worried because i have already resigned please help

    Mam I have a question...I have mentioned in my resume in certificates that I have completed the course of Hr generalist and Payroll training and Hr recruiting training...the thing is where I enrolled this course they didn't teach in details...but I know basics of this 2 courses...if I apply for HR executive post and if they ask me about what you learnt in that certifications so they may ask me in details or is it okay if I say basics of that courses..I know the formula of gratutiy bonus and all other compliances .. to whom they are applicable and all but I don't know in detail that how to do practical payroll ..... please tell me I have to do it in detail or not..I am a fresher...

      2) You can discuss the fundamental concepts you've grasped, like the formula for calculating gratuity and your understanding of various HR compliance's. This demonstrates that you've gained something from the courses even if they didn't cover practical aspects in depth.
      3) Emphasize your eagerness to learn and develop your practical skills further. Mention that you are confident in your ability to grasp the practical aspects quickly and effectively, and you're excited about the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real-world context.
      4) Express genuine enthusiasm for the HR field and your desire to contribute positively to the organization's HR functions. Highlight any other relevant skills or experiences you have that can contribute to the HR role.
      5) Before the interview, consider refreshing your memory on the basics of payroll and HR processes. You might not know every detail, but being prepared to discuss what you do know will help you come across as knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
      Remember, as a fresher, employers are often more interested in your willingness to learn, your attitude, and your potential to grow within the organization. Being open about your current level of expertise and your dedication to improving can work in your favor during the interview process.

    Hi , i am working in my current organisation for around more than 2 years , but during joining while my background verification was going on i got a mail from the agency asking for documents required for employment ,where instead of my organisation the technology i use was mentioned, i was not sure if the error was from my side , i rectified the error with the mail and i had valid documents of my Previous employment which i sent to them , can it cause any problems in future

    Kashyap this side. First of all very much thanks to you for sharing this. Your regular efforts towards making people aware about HR processes is very grateful act.
    I am a regular viewer of your content and it makes me aware about the corporate HR processes. In today's content you briefed about BGV processes on various parameters. So, in this regard I wanted to know about If in BGV process about credit history of the candidate found adverse then what should be done by that candidate.
    I am a banking professional and I have applied for some of other bank but after providing Offer Ltr the HR told me that you have to clear all your previous over due amount then we will provide you the Appointment Ltr now in this situation I am fully stuck and unable to understand what should I have to do in this regard. I don't want to reveal this information here but I don't have any other option to write to you.
    Hope you will consider this and you will explain all the things at the earliest.

      2) If you believe there are inaccuracies in your credit report, contact the credit bureau to dispute any incorrect information. They have procedures in place to investigate and correct errors.
      3) If there are legitimate outstanding debts, it's important to address them. Clearing these debts can help improve your credit history over time.
      4) If your prospective employer has informed you that you need to clear your overdue amounts before receiving an Appointment Letter, communicate with them openly and professionally. Explain the steps you're taking to resolve the situation and your commitment to doing so.

    Hi mam , during salary negotiation round with HR i have given my salary details which included 5 percents minimum bonus written in CTC payslip , but we recieve bonus to 15 percentage to 20 percentage every year , so I have told hr that I have received more than my written CTC amount each year which is significantly more , during filling up bgv form I have given the exact amount written in my CTC payslip also all bonus and payslip documents I have attached, will it cause any problems

    During my bgv, I have mentioned my last work date as Nov 2023 in my previous organization during form filling and in resume, but my last organization released the relieving letter in which they have mentioned last working day of Oct 2023 letter. Can you tell what will happen now?

      By the way I have one more query - my previous organization has not credited my pf amount for these 3 months - June, July and August 2022(Salary slips for these months shows the contribution for pf amount). They have credited the pf amount from September 2022 to October 2023. I checked it when I have to transfer my pf in current organization. I have mailed them multiple times but not got any response. Do you know if I can do anything here?

    Currently iam in notice period.
    My father name is present incorrectly in epfo protal and uan.
    I already send joint declaration form for father name correction.dont know how much time it will take.
    With in a month i have to join new organization.will incorrect father name in epfo will create any problem in background verification.
    Do IT company checks father name in epfo portal for background verification.

    hello while filling the BGV form they had only two options for address proof Driving license and Passport i have passport because i don’t have driving license but my address in passport is old address my permanent address is different will this be a problem in BGV please let me know
